JOB BRIEF
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial MIS reports.
Maintain dashboards and summaries on revenue, expenses, collections, and
profitability.
Analyze debtors aging, overdue accounts, and payment trends.
Monitor profit margins, cost centers, and identify areas for improvement.
Job Description:
Assist in tax planning and forecasting liabilities (GST, income tax, TDS).
Prepare and track project-wise and departmental budgets.
Analyze budget vs. actual performance and flag major deviations.
Monitor daily and weekly cash flows.
Track fund movements, bank balances, and provide treasury reports to
management.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to aid strategic
decisions.
Support the management team with ad hoc reports and financial models as
required.
Liaise with internal teams, banks, and auditors for data collection and
reporting.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all financial records and report
Sales & Operations Reporting
Generate Inside Sales Reports: inquiries vs. closures, sales funnel conversion,
sales by product/service.
Provide analysis of sales performance vs. targets, region/product-wise
performance.
HR & Recruitment MIS
Prepare monthly recruitment status reports, including position tracking, TAT,
cost-per-hire, source analysis.
Support HR in headcount reports, attrition analysis, and manpower planning
metrics.
Management Decision Support
Present reports with insights and trend analysis to aid strategic decisions.
Highlight risks or concerns in collection, taxation, or resource planning
Suggest improvements in process efficiency and cost optimization.
Data Management & Coordination
Maintain accurate and well-organized reporting systems and dashboards.
Coordinate with Sales, HR, Accounts, and Operations teams for input data.
EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION REQUIRED
Qualifications:
• CA Inter / Post-Graduation (MBA) in Finance
• Candidate should be well versed in Excel
