That I, MAREVIC ARADEN BAILLO, of legal age, Filipino, single and with
residence address at Brgy. Quinlogan, Quezon, Palawan, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That I was hired as Administrative Officer II of the Department of Education,


Province of Palawan and was assigned in Paratungon Elementary School,
South Brooke’s Pulot District, Brooke’s Point Palawan;

2. That I hereby undertake that my hiring and appointment for the aforesaid
position had gone through a right procedure;

3. That I hereby affirm and confirm that I am qualified for the position and there
is no involvement for any lawful transaction for my hiring and appointment
as Administrative Officer II of Department of Education, Province of Palawan;

4. That I further confirm that any untruthful statements on my part subject us


to criminal, civil, and administrative liability.

5. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of all the
foregoing statements.

2. That recently, affiant received order transferring her to Aborlan South


District, Division of Palawan;

3. That affiant did not use any person/s nor bribed their Superintendent Dr.
Elise T. Barrios or anyone who’s in control of said order;

4. That affiant is executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of all
the foregoing for purposes of showing that I did not use any person/s nor
bribed anyone for that purpose.
