THINGS NEEDED:
Usual Drafting Tools 50cm x 70cm cartolina/vellum

Instruction:
Based from the Architectural Drawings, do the Structural Drawings of the project.

1. Manually drafted, handwritten, minimum presentation in pen and ink only.


2. Always follow protocols in drawing such as the proper use of t-squares and triangles, the use of
guidelines and construction lines using light pencils (hard), the observance of line values, the alphabet of
lines, rules in dimensioning, the use of scale and among others.
3. Using of straight edge for lettering is a must.
4. Layout drawings properly

DRAWING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Foundation Plan
 Footing
 Column-footing Details
 Beam Details (Tie Beam, Grade Beam, etc.)
 Slab Details
 Wall footing
2. Second Floor Framing Plan
3. Roof Framing Plan
4. Details and diagrams
 Wood Connection Details (wood post to concrete, floor joist connections, beam connections, wall
studs details, etc.)
 Truss Details and connections
 Eaves and gutter details
 Spot Details

Submission:
- Always submit on time. Late requirements will not be accepted.
- Hard copies shall be collected by the assigned officer alphabetically and be submitted as stated above
at the faculty.
- Unroll plates when submitting. Folded and rolled plates will not be accepted.
