This is an amazing tool to keep up to date with
the recruitment process and allows you to
make updates on the go.
The Hiring app is a smaller version of the
SmartRecruiters system that you can use to
review activities and candidates on the go.

HOW TO FIND IT?

You can download the app free of charge via the
Apple App Store or the Android Play Store. Search
for SmartRecruiters and you will find the Hiring
app!
Dependent on whether you use an Android or an
Apple phone the experience will be slightly
different. In this presentation we will show you
the differences.

Once the App is
downloaded It will sit in
your apps. You will then
be able to login using
your SmartRecruiters
login details.

Your action center allows
you to set up a quick link
to a list of candidates you
may want to have access
to. For Eg candidate
awaiting review. To do
this click on the cog icon
in Apple version and
select the status you
wish to filter on. In
Android the icon is a
setting icon.

you your feed of activity
on jobs and candidate
you are associated with.
You can use this icon to
send a message to
another user of the
system.

You can review
candidates and give
them an overall Rating
and provide
ratings/scores for each
element of the
recruitment process.
You can also enter
comments if you wish.
Don’t forget to save your
ratings by clicking the
tick icon (Android) or
Android Apple

You can add Notes
against a candidate
record by using the pen
icon (android) or note
icon (apple).

You can change the
status of candidates by
clicking on their current
status and selecting
their new status in the
drop down.
You can reject the
candidate by selecting
the cross icon, selecting
the rejection reason and
deciding to send them a
rejection email.
