1. Charge Air Filter duct pipe installation:


 SG#03 A bank charge air duct pipe outer area faulty welding joint buffing done.
 SG#03 A bank charge air duct pipe outer area faulty welding joint re-welded.
 SG#03 B bank charge air duct pipe outer area faulty welding joint buffing is in progress.

2. Exhaust duct pipe elbow fabrication:


 SG#01 silencer side one support shoe aligned with duct pipe.
 SG#01 silencer side one support shoe primary welding done.
 SG#01 exhaust duct pipe inner area welding joint buffing is in progress.
 One 45 degree elbow fabrication for SG#03 exhaust duct pipe is in progress.

3. Exhaust duct pipe modification & installation:


 SG#04 exhaust duct pipe modification is in progress.
 One 45 degree elbow primarily welded with silencer side short pipe.
 One tail pipe placed over SG#02 exhaust duct pipe support.
 Tail pipe aligned with SG#02 exhaust duct pipe.
 SG#02 exhaust duct pipe & tail pipe primary welding is in progress.

4. Engine Auxiliary module stair fabrication:


 SG#03 engine auxiliary module stair fabrication is in progress.
 Angle bar cutting done for stair platform fabrication.
 04 nos. metal plate cutting done for platform leg fabrication.
 C-channels welded & one platform making done.
 Engine Auxiliary module stair final welding is in progress.

5. Engine to Radiator cooling water pipe connection fabrication:


 SG#01, 02 & 03 engine to radiator cooling water pipeline fabrication is in progress.
 03 nos. 6 inch pipe cutting done.
 All pipe end side grinded as V shape.
 06 nos. 6 inch elbow both end side grinded as V shape.
 02 nos.6 inch pipe & elbow final welding done.
 06 nos. 6 inch pipe & elbow primary welding done.
 06 nos. pipes placed over pipe support.
 04 nos. 3 inch pipe shifted to radiator area.
