1. Responsible for processing the raw material & chemical with the due time of
production with maintaining the quality.
2. Responsible for using set principles and operating practices to establish, maintain and
improve the production process.
3. Monitor and controls sampling and chemical systems for the plant operations through
plant DCS and other process control devices.
4. To supervise completion of daily production recording data in SAP & ERP.
5. To monitor & control important job-efficiency parameters such as productivity, processing
cost, Batch variance, Right First Time, etc. by management.
6. Research and development for improving the product quality and also reduce
cost of product with maintain same product quality specification.
7. To prepare monthly production plan considering theoretical production requirement (from
supply chain), production capacity, and raw material availability.
8. To train departmental work force to minimize maintenance hours and costs through appropriate
preventive maintenance.
9. Prepare monthly report of chemical consumption, Production summary report, calculating
power generation & loss percentage of production basis, prepare operation report which shows all
the summary of production, finishing & delivery consumption per day.
10. Proactively participate in and contribute to the ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 and OHSAS 18001
programs and also maintain whole compliance & safety issues and meet the needs of
environmental requirement.
