In the event of a difference in name in any of the sections of the name in the
evidence and the name in the passport, the plaintiff must bring a matching
name from the Jordanian Status Department, certified by the Jordanian
Foreign Ministry, or his country’s embassy in Jordan, if he is non-Jordanian,
certified by the Jordanian Foreign Ministry.
If the invitee holds a non-Jordanian nationality: all documents proving the
relationship of kinship (the family book, the family statement, the birth
certificate, the marriage voucher, the absence of impediments, an individual
record...) must be authenticated, even if the original is from the embassy of his
country and the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and in If it is issued by
the Jordanian government departments, it must be attested by the Jordanian
Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

father.
In the event that the profession/relationship in the visa document is
accompanied by (her husband, father,...), the accompanying passport must be
present.

Mandatory Medical Insurance
All applicants are required to obtain a Council of Health Insurance (CHI) approved Medical Insurance Certificate from the Visa Application
Centre. The 'Insurance Fees' is generated upon completion of the application and varies based on various factors including but not limited
to (Gender, Visa Validity, Number of Entries, Age and Marital Status). The cost of the insurance is over and above the Fee Details
mentioned above and must be paid at the time of the appointment. Choice of Insurance companies available at the VSC.
