Annexure to PO

Annexure to PO NO MPC/PO/007/25-26 Dated 16-APR-25

a. Self-inspection reports of component pertaining to the external provider’s scope of work.


b. Always follow latest revision of drawings. Return obsolete to MPC.

1.2 Objective Evidence /Record retention

Inspection records logbooks for process parameters should be safely protected from damage and dispatched to MPC along with
external provider item.

External provider shall retain copy of verifiable objective evidence of inspection and test performed. The recodes shall be
available for evaluation for a greed of minimum _12_ years.

External provider shall mention all technical information on the report, specific to the scope of supply followed reference etc.

1.2 calibration system

All external calibration are to be performed by NABL, complaint with ISO/TEC 17025 with valid scope .Where such a laboratory is
not available ,calibration may be performed by original manufacture on prior intimation to MPC.

1.5 Non-conforming product

External provider to ensure that product that does not conform to specified requirements is not shipped to MPC. Dispositions of
use as is or repair for products shall require written authorization from MPC prior to shipment. On request by MPC, external
provider shall submit External provider corrective action reports (SCAR) for non-conformity.

1.6 Process /special process

If referred in the Po. External provider shall use MPC approved external providers for process /special process .This does not
relieve the external provider from responsibility to furnish acceptable supplies .External provider shall submit special process
validation report including qualification pf process ,equipment and personnel.

1.7 Statistical process.

External provider is expected to implement the key characteristics in to their manufacturing process to achieve and maintain a
state of statistical control and improve process capability

To inform MPC in advance for any critical items requirements.

1.8 Changes in product /process

Any change in processes ,sub tier external provider ,manufacturing location or any other major changes to be informed to MPC
before implementation .

1.9 Right of Access

External provider shall allow MPC representative, customer and regulatory authority to visit his factory for witness /audit of their
processes and product made for MPC .
1.10 Certificate of compliance

If indicated in the PO, External provider shall submit Certificate of compliance which includes MPC part number and drawing
revision ,PO number ,quantity ,date of dispatch and authorized representative signature .
It may also include heat number, batch code etc if applicable.

1.11 supply chain /Delivery requirements:


1.11.1 Any applicable requirement form MPC customer or from MPC shall be communicated to sub external provider also.
Delivery shall be as per our delivery schedule.

1.12 packing

External provider has to take responsibility of proper packing of our product till reach MPC without damage and also to ease to
open without affecting of packed product

1.13 counterfeit supplies

‘’ counterfeit supplies ‘’ means any material, component, part, assembly, sub - assembly, product and any other item forming part
of the supplies in which there is an indication by visual inspection, testing or other information that it may be a copy or substitute
made without legal right or authority or one whose material,performance ,identity or characteristics have been misrepresented by
the external provider ,manufacturer or a external provider in the External provider supply chain.

1.14 Awareness.
External provider has to take responsibility of giving awareness to his employees on their contribution to product or service
conformity, product safety and importance of ethical behaviour.

1.15 sub tier external provider

If the external provider outsources to their sub tier external provider, all the above clauses applicable to them. External provider
shall flow down all the applicable requirements to their sub tier external provider
