Dear Members of the Admission Committee,

I am honored to apply for the Kazakhstan Government Scholarship 2025 to pursue a Master’s
degree at the Al Farabi Kazakh National University. With a recently completed Master’s in Tourism
Management and my current professional role in Bangladesh’s tourism sector, I am now deeply
motivated to expand my horizons toward international diplomacy and global cooperation.

In September 2024, I successfully completed my MA in Tourism Management from the "Silk Road"
International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, supported by
a full government scholarship. This academic journey enriched my understanding of global tourism,
intercultural dialogue, and sustainable development—key pillars that inspired my growing interest
in international relations. Throughout the program, I engaged in cross-border academic
collaboration and cultural diplomacy, which sparked my long-term ambition to be a globally active
individual, contributing to international peace, cooperation, and mutual respect.

Currently, I am working in Bangladesh at a reputed tourism agency, Tour Bohudur, as the


Director's Advisor & Head of Marketing. In this leadership role, I work closely with national and
international stakeholders, promoting cultural exchange and sustainable tourism initiatives. These
real-world experiences have given me a practical perspective on diplomacy, negotiation, and global
partnerships—skills that strongly align with the field of international relations.

Choosing International Relations as my next academic pursuit is a deliberate step toward becoming
a global citizen and policymaker. Kazakhstan’s strategic role in Eurasia, along with its strong voice
in peacebuilding, cultural diplomacy, and sustainable development, makes it an ideal place for my
further studies. I am especially drawn to your university’s focus on multilingualism, international
policy, and global cooperation, which will complement my background and career goals perfectly.
My vision is to work with international organizations, diplomatic missions, or cross-cultural
development programs to create positive global impact. I believe your program will provide the
perfect academic and cultural platform to realize this dream.
