Inspection/ Observation & Work Done in Brief: Attended the above customer site for AMC visit as per customer
scheduled.Checked system wise given below.1.Air system: air filter condition found ok, hose condition ok, clamp condition ok, turbo
charger condition is visually found normal. 2.Oil system:oil level found ok, oil hoses tightnes ok, no oil leakage from oilsystem.3.Fuel
system:fuel hoses condition ok,no fuel leakage from fuel system.4.Coolant system:coolant level found ok & hose condition ok, clamp
tightness ok, 5.Exhaust system: no leakage from silencer, exhaust bellow normal.6.Electrical system:Battery cable tightness
ok.battery voltage found 27.4 VDC. Found battery was charging using charging alternator.battery 2 years crossed. Need to be
replace battery. engine harness condition ok, alternator output cable tightness&condition ok,engine harness condition ok,checked
controller&panel wiring tightness& condition are normal.started the Dg with out load and with load condition found all parameters
within limit.
Problem Resolution/Solution: AMC visit done
Recommendation/Suggestion (Use overleaf format for component requirements) and any other Discrepancies Observed:
Daily check oil level and coolant level before starting the dg. Radiator found choke condition. Need to be radiator external cleaning.
Battery 2 years crossed. Need to be replace battery. PCC1301 controlller absoluted from Cummins. Need to be PCC 1302
conversion.
