Honoured Sir,
This is a case of illegal possession and sale of duty paid IML and Beer
without any valid licence by the accused person, Gote Vamshi, 27yrs,
S/o.Krishnamurthy, St, Kiranam, R/o.BC Marrigudem, Venkatapuram. The place of
offence is at BC-Marrigudem Village of Venkatapuram Mandal, which comes under
the limits of the Prohibition and Excise Station: Eturunagaram and which is also
within the territorial jurisdiction of this Honourable Court.
The brief facts of the case are that, On 14.10.2023 at 19:00 hrs, Sub-
Inspector of Police (LW-3) of PS-Venkatapuram along with staff while performing
patrolling in at BC-Marrigudem Village of Venkatapuram Mandal received reliable
information that, some persons are selling the duty paid IML and Beerat BC-
Marrigudem Village of Venkatapuram Mandal, along with the staff have proceeded
to near at BC-Marrigudem Village of Venkatapuram Mandal and conducted
checking’s in suspicious places and during the checking at Kiranam Shop found
some IML and Beer bottles. Then the Officers secured two mediators, i.e., LW-1
and LW-2. The LW-1 and LW-2 checked the IML and Beer bottles before the
Officers and found following duty paid IML and Beer bottles.
1).(18) Sterling B7 Reserve Whisky bottles @ 180ml.
2).(04) Royal Stag Whisky bottles @ 180ml.
3).(01) MC Whisky bottle @ 750ml
4).(02) MC Whisky bottls @ 180ml
5).(03) Imperial Blue Whisky bottles @ 180ml
6).(15) Mansion House Brandy bottles @ 180ml
7).(07) Old Admiral Brandy bottles @ 180ml
8).(15) Kingfisher Strong Beer bottles @ 650ml
On enquiry he revealed his identity as, Gote Vamshi, 27yrs,
S/o.Krishnamurthy, St, Kiranam, R/o.BC Marrigudem, Venkatapuram. Further he
confessed that he is selling those IML / Beer bottles at high price for gain of profits.
Further, the LW-3 seized the above contraband, duly drawn two samples
from each brand for chemical examination and sealed them by affixing the chits
duly signed by the Panchas and Officer under cover of Panchanama.
On return to the Police Station: PS-Venkatapuram, on the strength of
Panchanama, the LW-4 registered a case against the accused person and issued
F.I.R. No.109/2023 & 14.10.2023, u/s 34(a) of TS Excise Act, 1968, the arrested
person was issued a notice U/s.41 of Cr.P.C and released the accused person on
personal bail after obtaining sufficient sureties, and original case papers produced
before the Honourable Court and copies of case papers are sent to the higher
Officers for information and investigated in to.
During the course of investigation, IML samples and Beer samples have
been forwarded to the Regional Prohibition And Excise Laboratory, Warangal (LW-
5). The (LW-5) examined the IML samples and opined that the samples were
Indian Made Liquor and also examined Beer samples and opined that, the samples
were Aerated Liquor vide his report No.__________, dt:__________, in
sl.no._______.
On return to the Prohibition and Excise Station: Eturunagaram, the SHO
PS-Venkatapuram handed over the case papers, property to the Prohibition and
Excise Inspector, Station: Eturunagaram (LW-6). On the strength of Panchanama,
the LW-6 registered a case against the accused person in COR No.160/2024
Dt:16.04.2024, u/s 34(a) of TS Excise Act, 1968 and copies of case papers are
sent to the higher Officers for information and investigated in to.
The seized case property duty paid IML and Beer bottles have been
confiscated and ordered for destruction by the Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition
and Excise, Warangal, proceedingsCr.No.569/2019/P&E/B3, Dt:29.05.2024. On
10.07.2024 the above case property Duty Paid IML and Beer bottles (excluding
samples) have been destroyed under the supervision of the District Prohibition and
Excise Officer, Bhupalapally under cover of a Panchanama. The Copies
destruction orders anddestruction Panchanama are enclosed herewith.
From the facts and material evidence collected during the course of
investigation it is established that, the accused person was selling the duty paid
IML and Beer bottles without any valid licenceand as such the accused person has
contravened section 34(a) of T.S. Excise Act, 1968. Hence, the accused person is
liable for punishment u/s 34(a) of T.S. Excise Act, 1968.

Honoured Sir,
This is a case of illegal possession and sale of duty paid IML and Beer
without any valid licence by the accused person, Sanugonda Naresh,
S/o.Chandram, 32yrs, Vadabalija, Kirana Shop, R/o.Pathrapuram Village of
Venkatapuram Mandal.. The place of offence at Pathrapuram Village of
Venkatapuram Mandal, which comes under the limits of the Prohibition and Excise
Station: Eturunagaram and which is also within the territorial jurisdiction of this
Honourable Court.
The brief facts of the case are that, On 24.03.2024 at 16:00 hrs, Sub-
Inspector of Police (LW-3) of PS-Venkatapuram along with staff while performing
patrolling at Pathrapuram Village of Venkatapuram Mandal received reliable
information that, some persons are selling the duty paid IML and Beer at
Pathrapuram Village of Venkatapuram Mandal, along with the staff have
proceeded to near at Pathrapuram Village of Venkatapuram Mandal and
conducted checking’s at kiranam shop during the checking foundsome IML and
Beer bottles. Then the Officers secured two mediators, i.e., LW-1 and LW-2. The
LW-1 and LW-2 checked the IML and Beer bottles before the Officers and found
following duty paid IML and Beer bottles.
1).(10) Imperial Blue Whisky bottles @ 180ml
2).(05) Kingfisher Strong Beer bottles @ 650ml.
3).(15) Old Admiral Brandy bottles @ 180ml.
4).(05) Royal Stag Whisky bottles @ 180ml.,
On enquiry he revealed his identity as, Sanugonda Naresh, S/o.Chandram,
32yrs, Vadabalija, Kirana Shop, R/o.Pathrapuram Village of Venkatapuram
Mandal. Further he confessed that he is selling those IML & Beer bottles for gain of
profits.
Further, the LW-3 seized the above contraband, duly drawn two samples
from each brand for chemical examination and sealed them by affixing the chits
duly signed by the Panchas and Officer under cover of Panchanama.
On return to the Police Station: PS-Venkatapuram, on the strength of
Panchanama, the LW-4 registered a case against the accused person and issued
F.I.R. No. 46/2024 & 24.03.2024, u/s 34(a) of TS Excise Act, 1968, the arrested
person was issued a notice U/s.41 of Cr.P.C and released the accused person on
personal bail after obtaining sufficient sureties, and original case papers produced
before the Honourable Court and copies of case papers are sent to the higher
Officers for information and investigated in to.

Venkatapuram Mandal. The place of offence is at VRK Puram Village of
Venkatapuram Mandal, which comes under the limits of the Prohibition and Excise
Station: Eturunagaram and which is also within the territorial jurisdiction of this
Honourable Court.
The brief facts of the case are that, On 18.04.2024 at 15:30 hrs, Sub-
Inspector of Police (LW-3) of PS-Venkatapuram along with staff while performing
patrolling at VRK Puram Village of Venkatapuram Mandal received reliable
information that, some persons are selling the duty paid IML and Beerat VRK
Puram Village of Venkatapuram Mandal, along with the staff have proceeded to
near at VRK Puram Village of Venkatapuram Mandal and conducted checking’s in
suspicious places at above said place founda large number of crowd at one
kiranam shop on suspicious mannerand after seeing the raid party, theyall ran
away from there. On suspicions searched the Officers searched the kiranam shop
found someBeer bottles. Then the Officers secured two mediators, i.e., LW-1 and
LW-2. The LW-1 and LW-2 checked theBeer bottles before the Officers and found
following duty paidBeer bottles.
1).(13) Knock Out Strong Beer bottles @ 650ml
2).(04) Kingfisher Strong Beer bottles @ 650ml,
On enquiry he revealed his identity as, Sanugonda Ramesh, S/o.Mallaiah,
30yrs, Vadabalija, Kirana Shop, R/o.VRK Puram Village of Venkatapuram Mandal.

at Bhuvanapally Village of Wazeedu Mandal received reliable information that,
some persons are selling the duty paid IML and Beer at Bhuvanapally Village of
Wazeedu Mandal, along with the staff have proceeded to near at Bhuvanapally
Village of Wazeedu Mandal and conducted checking’s in suspicious places and
during the checking found one person in suspicious manner before a house and
after seeing the raid party, she started running to escape. On suspicion, the Officer
and staff were made efforts and stopped her. Then the Officers searched the
kiranam shop and found some IML bottles. Then the Officers secured two
mediators, i.e., LW-1 and LW-2. The LW-1 and LW-2 checked the IMLbottles
before the Officers and found following duty paid IML and Beer bottles.
1).(05) Imperial Blue Whisky bottles @ 180ml
2).(06) Old Admiral Whisky Bottles @ 180ml,
On enquiry she revealed her identity was, Mandala Thirupathamma,
W/o.Prasad, 36yrs, Valmikiboya, Kiranam Shop, R/o.Bhuvanapalli Village of
Wazedu Mandal. Further she confessed that she is selling those IML bottles for
high price for gain the profits.
Further, the LW-3 seized the above contraband, duly drawn two samples
from each brand for chemical examination and sealed them by affixing the chits
duly signed by the Panchas and Officer under cover of Panchanama.
On return to the Police Station: PS-Peruru, on the strength of Panchanama,
the LW-4 registered a case against the accused person and issued F.I.R. No. -
16/2024 & 20.03.2024, u/s 34(a) of TS Excise Act, 1968, the arrested person was
issued a notice U/s.41 of Cr.P.C and released the accused person on personal bail
after obtaining sufficient sureties, and original case papers produced before the
Honourable Court and copies of case papers are sent to the higher Officers for
information and investigated in to.
During the course of investigation, IML sampleshave been forwarded to the
Regional Prohibition And Excise Laboratory, Warangal (LW-5). The (LW-5)
examined the IML samples and opined that the samples were Indian Made
Liquorvide his report No._________, dt:_________, in sl.no.___________.
On return to the Prohibition and Excise Station: Eturunagaram, the SHO
PS-Peruru handed over the case papers, property to the Prohibition and Excise
Inspector, Station: Eturunagaram (LW-6). On the strength of Panchanama, the
LW-6 registered a case against the accused person in COR No.278/2024
Dt:21.05.2024, u/s 34(a) of TS Excise Act, 1968 and copies of case papers are
sent to the higher Officers for information and investigated in to.
The seized case property duty paid IMLbottles have been confiscated and
ordered for destruction by the Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise,
Warangal, proceedingsCr.No.569/2019/P&E/B3, Dt:29.05.2024. On 10.07.2024
the above case property Duty Paid IMLbottles (excluding samples) have been
destroyed under the supervision of the District Prohibition and Excise Officer,
Bhupalapally under cover of a Panchanama. The Copies of destruction orders
anddestruction Panchanama are enclosed herewith.
From the facts and material evidence collected during the course of
investigation it is established that, the accused person was selling the duty paid
IML bottles without any valid licenceand as such the accused person has
contravened section 34(a) of T.S. Excise Act, 1968. Hence, the accused person is
liable for punishment u/s 34(a) of T.S. Excise Act, 1968.

Honoured Sir,
This is a case of illegal possession and sale of duty paid IML and Beer
without any valid licence by the accused person, Aakula Vajramma, W/o.Buchaiah,
55yrs, Perika, Kiranam Shop, R/o.Eturunagaram(V&M). The place of offence is At
Aakula Vajramma Kiranam Shop, EturunagaramV-M, which comes under the limits
of the Prohibition and Excise Station: Eturunagaram and which is also within the
territorial jurisdiction of this Honourable Court.
The brief facts of the case are that, On 06.11.2023 at 16:30 hrs, Sub-
Inspector of Police (LW-3) of PS-Eturunagaram along with staff while performing
patrollingat Aakula Vajramma Kiranam Shop, EturunagaramV-M received reliable
information that, some persons are selling the duty paid IML and Beer at Aakula
Vajramma Kiranam Shop, EturunagaramV-M, along with the staff have proceeded
to near at Aakula Vajramma Kiranam Shop, EturunagaramV-M and conducted
checking’s in suspicious places and during the checking foundsome IMLbottles.
Then the Officers secured two mediators, i.e., LW-1 and LW-2. The LW-1 and LW-
2 checked the IML bottles before the Officers and found following duty paid IML
bottles.
1).(12) Officer Choice Whisky bottles @ 180ml,
On enquiry she revealed her identity as, Aakula Vajramma, W/o.Buchaiah,
55yrs, Perika, Kiranam Shop, R/o.Eturunagaram(V&M). Further she confessed that
she is selling those IML bottles for high profits to gain more profits.
Further, the LW-3 seized the above contraband, duly drawn two samples
from each brand for chemical examination and sealed them by affixing the chits
duly signed by the Panchas and Officer under cover of Panchanama.
On return to the Police Station: PS-Eturunagaram, on the strength of
Panchanama, the LW-4 registered a case against the accused person and issued
F.I.R. No. 125/2023 & 06.11.2023, u/s 34(a) of TS Excise Act, 1968, the arrested
person was issued a notice U/s.41 of Cr.P.C and released the accused person on
personal bail after obtaining sufficient sureties, and original case papers produced
before the Honourable Court and copies of case papers are sent to the higher
Officers for information and investigated in to.
During the course of investigation, IML sampleshave been forwarded to the

Honoured Sir,

W/o.Venkateshwar rao, Nayee Brahhim, Kiranam, R/o.Durgamma Center,
Venkatapuram. The place of offence is at Kanakadurgamma center of
Venkatapuram Mandal, which comes under the limits of the Prohibition and Excise
Station: Eturunagaram and which is also within the territorial jurisdiction of this
Honourable Court.
The brief facts of the case are that, On 25.05.2024 at 14:00 hrs, Asst. Sub-
Inspector of Police (LW-3) of PS-Venkatapuram along with staff while performing
patrolling at Kanakadurgamma Center Village of Venkatapuram Mandal received
reliable information that, some persons are selling the duty paid IML and Beer at at
Kanakadurgamma Center Village of Venkatapuram Mandal,along with the staff
have proceeded to near at Kanakadurgamma Center Village of Venkatapuram
Mandal and
conducted checking’s in suspicious places at above said place found a large
number of crowd at one kiranam shop on suspicious manner and after seeing the
raid party, they all ran away from there. On suspicions searched the Officers
searched the kiranam shop found some Beer bottles. Then the Officers secured
two mediators, i.e., LW-1 and LW-2. The LW-1 and LW-2 checked the Beer bottles
before the Officers and found following duty paid Beer bottles.
1).(18) Kingfisher Strong Beer bottles @ 650ml
On enquiry she revealed her identity as, Koyyala Venkatalaxmi, 42yrs,
W/o.Venkateshwar rao, Nayee Brahhim, Kiranam, R/o.Durgamma Center,
Venkatapuram. Further she confessed that she is selling those IML / Beer bottles
at high price for gain of profits.
Further, the LW-3 seized the above contraband, duly drawn two samples
from each brand for chemical examination and sealed them by affixing the chits
duly signed by the Panchas and Officer under cover of Panchanama.

On return to the Police Station: PS-Venkatapuram, on the strength of


Panchanama, the LW-4 registered a case against the accused person and issued
F.I.R. No. 88/2024&25.05.2024, u/s 34(a) of TS Excise Act, 1968, the arrested
person was issued a notice U/s.41 of Cr.P.C and released the accused person on
personal bail after obtaining sufficient sureties, and original case papers produced
before the Honourable Court and copies of case papers are sent to the higher
Officers for information and investigated in to.
During the course of investigation,Beer samples have been forwarded to the
Regional Prohibition And Excise Laboratory, Warangal (LW-5). The (LW-5)
examined the Beer samples and opined that the samples were examined Beer
samples and opined that, the samples were Aerated Liquor vide his report
No.__________, dt:__________, in sl.no._______.
On return to the Prohibition and Excise Station: Eturunagaram, the SHO
PS-Venkatapuram handed over the case papers, property to the Prohibition and
Excise Inspector, Station: Eturunagaram (LW-6). On the strength of Panchanama,
the LW-6 registered a case against the accused person in COR No.449/2024
Dt:15.07.2024, u/s 34(a) of TS Excise Act, 1968 and copies of case papers are
sent to the higher Officers for information and investigated in to.
The seized case property duty paidBeer bottles have been confiscated and
ordered for destruction by the Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise,
