PART I: PRELIMARIES
CALL TO ORDER:
The Barangay Assembly was called into order by the Punong Barangay Hon. Johnny P.
Tumanong, at 9:30 o’clock in the morning
INVOCATION:
The opening prayer was led by Pastor ALEX F. PGARTE, then followed the singing of
the Philippines National Anthem, led by Ms. RUSSEL M. MONSANTO, DCW.

OPENING REMARKS:
The Punong Barangay Hon. Johnny P. Tumanong, delivered his opening remarks
stressing the importance of having this assembly to heard the State of Barangay
Address, also the various semestral report from the deferent committees tackled in this
Barangay Assembly Day. He acknowledged the presence of Jenna T. Patangan,
midwife assigned of this Barangay from Municipal Health office, the Sangguniang
Barangay Members and Staff, all members of Barangay Tanods, Barangay-Based
Workers, Senior Citizen, Purok officers and members, and to all residents of Barangay
Penacio. We are now in 1st Semester Barangay Assembly Day, in compliance with the
DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2024-032 Dated March 1, 2024 All….Punong
Barangays, Sangguniang Barangay Members, Sangguniang Kabataan (SK)
Chairperson, Other Barangay and SK Officials….Conduct of Barangay Assembly for the
1st Semester of Calendar Year (CY) 2024 with the Theme “Barangay at Mamamayan,
Sama-samang Nagtutulungan sa Pagtaguyod ng Maayos, Maunlad, at
Mapayapang Pamayanan Tungo sa Isang Bagong Pilipinas”

Hon. RSELYN P. MANON-OG, delivered her closing remarks she informed to all
participant that the program has end, He also thanked everyone present for spending
their time in listening to various issues heard from various speakers and tackled in the
Barangay Assembly.
