6. Preposition – Shows relationship between words (in, on, at).

Answer: Feedback is the receiver’s response to the sender’s message. It helps the sender
understand whether the message was received and understood correctly.

- Oral Communication: Speaking face to face, on the phone, or in meetings.
- Written Communication: Writing emails, letters, reports, and text messages.

Positive Feedback:
- Encouraging and helpful.
- Example: "Good job on the project."
Negative Feedback:
- Constructive criticism for improvement.
- Example: "Your presentation was unclear, try to speak slowly."
3. Briefly explain visual communication.
Visual communication conveys information using visuals like images, videos, graphs, charts,
and signs. It is effective when words are not enough. For example, road signs help drivers
understand directions quickly.
4. Differentiate between active and passive.
Active Voice:
- The subject does the action.
- Example: "The teacher teaches the lesson."
Passive Voice:
- The subject receives the action.
- Example: "The lesson is taught by the teacher."
5. Write a short note on paragraph elements.
A well-structured paragraph has:

- Apostrophe (’) – Shows possession or contractions.
- Quotation Marks (“”) – Shows someone's speech.
- Colon (:) – Introduces a list or explanation.
