Generalized Anxiety Disorder,- Excessive worry or fear about everyday situations-
Restlessness or feeling on edge- Fatigue- Difficulty concentrating- Muscle tension-
Sleep disturbances- Irritability
Panic Disorder,- Recurrent, unexpected panic attacks (racing heartbeat, sweating,
shaking)- Fear of losing control or dying during an attack- Avoidance of places
where panic attacks occurred- Physical symptoms like chest pain or dizziness
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder,- Intrusive, unwanted thoughts (obsessions)-
Repetitive behaviors or mental acts (compulsions) intended to reduce anxiety- Time-
