MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
On BRIGADA PAGBASA
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Memorandum of Agreement executed by and between:
The MANUEL L. QUEZON NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL , a public secondary
institution, with the office address of Quezon, San Isidro, Isabela, represented herein by its
School Principal I , GILBERT V. ACAPUYAN and the School Reading Coordinator,
MARY GRACE P. CEDRON, herein after referred to as “DONEES”.

The SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN of barangay Cebu, San Isidro Isabela, a group of
youth, represented herein by its SK Chairman, EXCELLSIS LANDWEEN GONZALES ,
herein referred to as “STAKEHOLDERS”
WTNESSETH: That,
WHEREAS, with the 2024 Brigada Eskwela and Brigada Pagbasa, Amending Thereby
DepEd Order No. 021 s. 2023 titled 2023 Brigada Eskwela Implementation Guidelines , the
2024 Brigada Eskwela shall be conducted on July 22-27, 2024 in all Public Elementary and
Secondary Schools with the theme “Bayanihan Para sa Matatag na Paaralan”, the DONEES
acknowledge the need for partners in the opening of classes and brigada eskwela 2024 and in
the whole-year round.
WHEREAS, the STAKEHOLDERS will voluntarily provide reading assistance for the
learners who are under frustration and instructional level to ensure that Brigada Pagbasa is
100% implemented.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above premises and mutual covenants,
agreements and stipulations hereinafter set forth, the parties hereby agree jointly to be
partners in the 2024 Brigada Pagbasa.
I.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES
1. The DONEES shall:
1.1. Coordinate with the STAKEHOLDERS on the implementation of
brigada pagbasa if how it will run.
1.2. Oversee the process and implementation of the brigada pagbasa,
especially the learners under frustration and instructional level to make
sure that they are given 100% reading assistance.
1.3. Oversee the management of the support given by the
STAKEHOLDERS and ensure that the same are treated well and
accommodated accordingly.
2. The STAKEHOLDERS shall:
2.1. Coordinate with the DONEES on the implementation of brigada
pagbasa if how it will run.
2.2. Coordinate with the DONEES on the development of Brigada
Pagbasa Implementation.
2.3. Coordinate with the DONEES on the issues, challenges and concerns
encountered during the implementation of Brigada Pagbasa 2024.
II.EFFECTIVITY OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement shall take effect upon the beginning of 2024 Brigada Eskwela
and Oplan Balik Eskwela and is authomatically extended.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereunto have affixed their respective

CEDRON, herein after referred to as “DONEES”.

to as “STAKEHOLDERS”
WITNESSETH: That,
WHEREAS, with the 2022 Brigada Eskwela and Brigada Pagbasa, Amending Thereby
DepEd Memorandum No. 34 s. 2022 titled School Calendar and activities for the SY 2022-
2023, the 2022 Brigada Eskwela shall be conducted on August 1-26, 2022 in all Public
Elementary and Secondary Schools with the theme “Brigada Eskwela: Tugon sa hamon ng
Ligtas na Balik-aral”, the DONEES acknowledge the need for partners in the opening of
classes and brigada eskwela 2022 and in the whole-year round.
WHEREAS, the STAKEHOLDERS will voluntarily provide reading assistance for the
