10.08.2020.

• Patna Main Branch is a strategic and focused MSME Mega Branch (Only Branch in entire Bihar & Jharkhand )
and BM of strategic branch is called Mega Branch Manager ie Branch Business Head - MSME

• Only Three ( 03 ) branches are there in East out of 162 Branches and only 128 Branches are there Pan India out
of 2315 Branches which are working as Focused and Strategic MSME Mega Branch

• Patna Main Branch Manager directly reports to Market Head. There is no CH & RH hierarchy in between.

• Patna Main Branch is NR Centric Branch too and having highest No & Value base clients in entire Bihar.
• Patna Main Branch is a flagship and one of the largest branch of East , Biggest in Bihar & Jharkhand.
• Managing larger team size equivalent to a Cluster such as BBG/SBB RMs, Wealth Managers, Senior
Relationship Managers ,Key Account Managers ,NR Relationship Manager who are dealing with Wealth / HNI
customers. Apart from this also managing entire branch Acquisition and Operation Team.
• Got Felicitated by ZH for being No 1 Branch in Liabilities Business for FY 2020-21 , 2021-22 & 2022-23.
• Branch Booked a growth of 85 CRs of liability book growth only in March ‘23
• Branch logged a whopping 1.25 Cr of Life Insurance Business only in the month of March ‘23
• Got felicitated by BBH Mr Vineet Dhar for being No 1 Branch in Liabilities Business for Q1 of current FY.
• Branch closed the FY 2020-21 & 2021-22 as No 1 Branch in Health Insurance Business in entire Zone.
• Branch achieved No 1 Position Pan India ( Numero UNO ) in Liabilities Business in June 2021. Highest ever
deposit in last 17 years of branch hence got felicitated by Mr Dhiraj Sanghi ( BBH )
• Patna Main Branch is largest Revenue Generating Branch of the Region / state.
• Branch has done highest number of FCNR / Forward Contract cases in the Zone.
• Branch Ranked No II position among NR centric branches Pan India for doing businesses from NR segment
• Branch closed one of its biggest Deal of Govt Deposit in March 2022 , June ’22 & June’23 hence got felicitated by BBH
• Branch secured Low Risk ( Good ) Rating during IAD Audit in Two consecutive Years ( 2021-22 & 2022-23 ).
Being a large Branch it was difficult but branch achieved this task which got appreciated by Snr Mngmt.

Worked with YES Bank Ltd as Cluster Sales Leader (BRB- AVP) from 12.05.2015 to 07.08.2020 at Patna.

• Joined as Branch Head ( 1st BH of Bihar ) Since Inception of Branch- Boring Canal Road, Patna. Branch was one of top
Performing Branch of Zone during my tenure there after elevated for Cluster Sales Leader in 2017.
• Branch was featuring among Top 3 Branches of Region ( tgt vs ach )and at No 1 in Cluster for couple of years. Branch
ranking was 2nd hence got felicitated by Senior Group President and Head Mr.Prolay Mandal at Hyderabad during
Business Review
• Branch secured GOOD AUDIT RATING during my tenure (very few branches got good rating pan India hence felicitated
by Senior president Mr. Ratan Kesh ( Head – Operations and Principal Nodal Officer )
• Except new joiners, all eligible employees of Branch got Promotion during my tenure in 2017.
• Branch could manage to disburse biggest LAS case of Cluster
• Branch could manage to Book highest ever case of Forward Contract.
• Boring Road was only branch in the cluster and among few in Zone who installed the BNA Machine

alongwith Revenue / Business from NR segment.

• Joined as Branch Head since Inception of Patna Branch ( 1st BH of Bihar )


• Secured No. 2 position Pan India in terms of Revenue Generation & No. 3 position in terms of Highest Number of
Policies done in the very first quarter of Branch Opening and got felicitated by National Head for the achievement.
• Patna Branch was at No. 3 position in East Zone among Branches on YTD basis.
• Secured No. 1 position Pan India in BH category in 2012 for best cost VS revenue ratio branch hence won the
prestigious CCM (Consultative Committee Member) award by MD & CEO of the Co. and became a part of Strategy
making team.
• Each Year rated either as outstanding performance or above expectation since association with the company.

Worked with Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) Kolkata as PVARM from 2nd May to 30th Sep’09.

* Was one of Founder members of HSBC at Patna ( 1st Emp & Started HSBC at Patna) *

*Worked as SALES MANAGER from 17th March‘06 to 26th April ’09 at HSBC, Patna Branch
