and further I’m down in the dumps when known for our club won’t give one free

2. Formal
Dear Sir,
My name is Trieu Hoang and I have been a member of this club for 2 years. I’m
writing to share my thoughts and suggestions regarding what I have recently
read.
According to the announcement, I am frustrated about the discontinuation of the
free book and the extended delivery times. This is such a decision might affect
our members experience.
The free book offer has been a significant draw in us, and its loss might impact
our enthusiasm to continue with club. Additionally, the extended delivery times
could be interruption for those who are eagerly awaiting their books.
Could I give some suggestions? We could explore partnerships with local
bookstores and improve the delivery logistics. I am confident that with some
adapted, we can continue to provide positive experience for members.
Those are all my solutions. Please let me know if you would like to discuss this
further or if there is anything else I can assist with.
Yours faithfully,
Trieu Hoang.
