Procedure
You can update a traveler profile, a company profile, or a traveler associated to a company profile from a PNR or another profile.
Enter PU/
When security permits, you can add an office ID to your entry to update a profile for another office.

When you are switched to Profile Mode, the profile is displayed and new information is added, such as a new SSR request and
phone contacts.
The information previously stored in the profile is not overwritten. You can modify or cancel any element that no longer applies.
Enter PEE to end and file the changes and exit Profile Mode.
The PNR you used to update the profile is stored in your work area. If you no longer need the PNR, enter IG to ignore.

Receiving office The office ID of the office to which the profile information is being transferred

PUP*Y/AGENCY PROFILE Update an agency profile from the agency profile of another office
PUP*C/OFFICE ID/COMPANY Update company profile from a displayed company profile, for a branch office

PUP*T/OFFICE ID/-LAST Update traveler profile from a displayed traveler profile, for a branch office
NAME/FIRST NAME
PUP*T/-LAST NAME/FIRST NAME Update traveler profile from a displayed traveler profile
PUP*T/COMPANY-LAST Update traveler profile associated with a company from a displayed traveler profile
NAME/FIRST NAME associated with a company
You can update specific information by line numbers or by data sections. If you do not specify the information, all data is updated,
except the

To end and file the changes and exit Profile Mode, enter PEE
