EMPLOYMENT OFFER LETTER

With reference to your application, we are pleased to propose to you our employment to you our
employment offer with the following terms and condition stated as under.
Occupation : MECHANICAL FITTER
Basic salary : 280 KD
Benefits & allowance : ACCOMMODATIONS- company accommodation, FOOD-company food ,
TRANSPORTATION- company transportation , AIRLINE TICKET-one way air
ticket from your home country , after completing contract
Start date : To be advised
Working hours : 8 hours per day (48hours/week as per QLL)
General terms : This offer is valid (7) days from the date of issue to sign acceptance
Other terms : Other terms not mentioned will be based on the official employment
contract.
Contract period : 2 years renewable.
All other terms and condition shall be subjected to the standard employment terms in accordance with the
Kuwait labor Law. As member of company, we would ask for your commitment to deliver outstanding
quality and results that exceed client expectations. In addition, we accept your personal accountability in all
the products, actions, advice and results that you provide as a representative of company. We look forward

rewarding.
The following terms and conditions of this Employment Contract have been agreed upon:
1. MR. ISMAIL ALI.A is hereby appointed buy the Company as effective from the date that he
joins service on a monthly salary of KD 210(Basic Salary KD 190/- and Food Allowance KD
30/) only.
2. The period of this contract is 6 months from the date of joining and shall be renewed
further upon mutual written agreement, if we have a need and it will be strictly based on
your performance at work site during the period with us. You are expected to join services
of the company at the earliest on issuance of this letter of offer.
3. First three months of the contract period shall be considered as probationary period,
during which period, your services are liable to be terminated by serving 3 days notice.
After the successful completion of which, the employee will be confirmed in the service of
the Company.
4. After the completion of the probationary period, this agreement can be terminated by
either Party provided that one month written notice of the termination is given to the
other party.
5. The Company will provide the Employee with free Bachelor status air-conditioned sharing
accommodation during his term of service.
6. The Company will provide free transport to and from site.
7. The Employee will be entitled to the following as package benefits
a. Annual leave after completion of two years of service at the rate of twenty one (21) days
per year, calculated at basic salary.
b. Return air passage to the country of his origin (KUWAIT-Mumbai-KUWAIT) after two full
years of service.
c. Sick leave as per the KUWAIT
d. Labor Law.
8. The Employee hereby agrees to work, if required, for any of the companies in or
associated with company group. Normal duty hours will be 8 hours per day, six days a
week.
9. Air Passage shall not be reimbursed for cash.
10. During the period of employment with the Company, the Employee will not engage
himself directly or indirectly in any activity or job or employment or assignment outside
this employment and the Employee shall devote his full time and attention in the interest
of the Company.

the medical test which is done till this paper is sent should be sent within seven days.
