2. NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS / UPI , Payment through Credit or Debit Card will add a 2.5 % surcharge ;
3. Cancellation of order - Subject to a cancellation fee of 15 % of the Total Order Value | PO once received cannot be cancelled
4. Quotation Validity - 4 working days
5. Any price changes due to currency fluctuation , subcomponent price increase and / or custom duties change may cause price variation upto 5-
10 % , if order placement is beyomd 2 weeks . ( USD, INR )

Exclusions , Testing & Deliverables Schedule
Quotation for assembled hardware only , Software troubleshooting is out of scope Stress testing shall be done for 48 – 72 Hours ,
Windows 10 Professional x64 ( trial ) version will be installed - Future Upgrade to Windows 11 applicable as per Microsoft policies
Delivery after 1 working weeks after order confirmation under normal circumstances The order shall be dispatched only upon
completion of 100 % payment All hardware drivers will be installed and functionality tested In case of part unavailability – equivalent
part may be substituted in consultation and mutual agreement .
Warranty
Every system is granted with Two ( 2) year on - site ( doorstep ) warranty . Apart from the warranty service provided by Dart Frog , the
individual warranties on the parts provided by the manufacturing companies apply as per their warranty policies and the buyer can
choose to avail them directly with the companies . All warranty documentation of the individual components used in the system will be
provided in package
Warranty does not cover the following :
Damage caused by actions that are beyond our control , such as: impacts , liquids , fire , rain , lightning or other disasters such as:
nuclear war , zombie apocalypse , epidemic , alien occupation or armed insurrection .
Product that has been damaged through misuse , abuse or mishandling . Unauthorized modification of the system as a whole or
individual component and / or the attachment of local / unbranded peripheral devices . Products under warranty will either be repaired or
replaced as per manufacturer / supplier warranty policy .
Damage due to power surge on account of voltage fluctuations , due to direct plugging – without use of UPS and / or caused due to
“ Inadequate Earthing Provision at Office / Home Electrical Connection ”, shall be construed and considered as CUSTOMER INDUCED
DAMAGE and are not covered under standard warranty .
