▪ Renovation of Fire equipment’s of 5 to 12 blocks- Illegal Collection of Rs.6000/ for Each


Flat

We the undersigned owners of HIG HILL TOP flats do issue the following notice on the subject
noted above.

1. The present welfare association is not registered body under co-op-society Act or under
society’s registration Act, The association do not have the legal status under apartments acts
of Telangana state 1987 Sec 21. The body do not have powers like statutory bodies,
disconnection of power to flats cannot be done as arbitrarily. The welfare associations can
only stop power when owner failed to pay maintenance amount, Present proposed work is
not a regular work and it will not come under the maintenance until it is not tested / Trail
run.For the installation of fire safety by the committee of Telugu Cine Works Co Housing Ltd
its their responsibility.And handover for utilization of all the owners who paid amount to
Telugu Cine Workers Co-op Housing Society long back, The Society failed to do its duty till now
and owners are being penalized for the fault of society, It is not tenable under law so it is the
duty of Welfare Association to get it done by TCWCH Society, The Welfare Association is
proceeding as it is having authority to do any thing they like High court orders Case
No4990/2024 should be read clearly before quoting It in messages , The previous office
bearers of welfare committee not accounted for the accounts properly, There is a public talk
that an amount of Rs 40,00,000/- was misappropriated by previous committee.

2. In messages Mr.Sudheer threatened the owners that power supply will be disconnected if Rs
6000/- is not paid by 11:00am of 25-10-2024. It is illegal and unfortunate thing, all the office
bearers are personally liable for this type of acts….

3. The proposed collection of Rs 6000/- per flat amount to 6000 × 528 = 31,68,000/- a huge
amount, As per procedure tenders to be called for after preparation of estimations by
technical persons, If not there is every chance of misappropriation as done by previous
committee….

4. Now take notice that present committee has no power to handle with huge expenditure
irregularity. Even if it is to be taken up first estimation to be prepared by competent license
holder, Tenders to be called for transparency to be maintained or else you will held
responsible personally……..

5. Threating owners with power disconnection if Rs 6000/- is not paid is illegal, The office
bearers are liable for criminal action personally…….

We advise you to stop all you’re above said illegal acts, proceed in
accordance with your limits or else we will initiate civil and criminal action against you.
