SCHOOL INTRAMURALS 2024

PART 1
Ariane: Intramurals or sports competition is essential to the well-being of the
students. Sports instill how to win, how to accept defeat, how to interact with
other people and how to mold them to have desirable character traits that are
vital in achieving success in the future.
Ariane: To our School Head of Fatima Elementary School
Christine: Teachers
Ariane: Supportive parents
Christine: Pupils and athletes…
Both: Good afternoon!
Christine: Welcome to our much-anticipated School Intramurals Event! One of
the most awaited school events is the intramurals and every student is excited
to showcase their talents and skills in different sports competition.
Ariane: Aside from that, they are also excited for the Miss and Mr. Intramurals
2024. Who will be the next Miss and Mr. Intramurals 2024. Without further ado,
let’s start.
Christine: To formally start our program, let us all stand for the opening
prayer and please do remain standing for the singing of National Anthem
through audio presentations.

Christine: Please be seated. At this juncture, please help us welcome our
active school head Doctor Perpetuo E. Gaso Jr. for his welcome address. Let’s
give him a round of applause!

Ariane: Thank you, sir for your inspiring words. Now, to symbolize the values of
sportsmanship and fair play that we uphold, we will proceed with the Lighting
of the Torch of Sportsmanship. This torch represents our commitment to
respect, integrity, and the true spirit of competition. Let us witness the lighting
of the torch to be lighted by a grade 6 pupil, Curdburry Angel Custudio.

Christine: Next, we will have the Oath of Amateurism presented by Eric
Namoco. The Oath of Amateurism embodies the principles of fair competition
and dedication without professional bias. Please welcome, Eric Namoco.

Arianne: Finally, to ensure that our games are conducted with fairness and
integrity, we will now hear the Oath of the Officials to be given us by Ma’am
Aileen C. Cañaveral.

Christine: Thank you, ma’am. And now the most awaited part of the program,
the search for Miss and Mr. Intramurals 2024.
Ariane: This afternoon is an afternoon different from our usual afternoons
because we’ve got 7 boys and 7 girls representing their sections and buying for
the title… Mr. and Ms. Intramurals 2024. But before that May I call in Ma’am
June Catacutan to introduce to us the members of the board of judges.

Christine: To hold again the thrill, may we request ma’am Mary Joy Ortega to
read to us the criteria and mechanics for judging.

ladies and gentlemen please help us welcome….

Ariane: The next segment of our competition is the question-and-answer
portion. Each candidate will draw the names of judges who will then ask them
questions. Let’s start with the first candidate, candidate number 1

Ariane: There you have it ladies and gentlemen. Our candidates showing us
their wits in answering those questions.
Christine: With that, we’ve concluded the question-and-answer portion. Our
judges will now deliberate and score the candidates based on the criteria we’ve
outlined.
Ariane: While the judges are making their final decisions, I’m sure our
audience have their respective bets already.
Christine: Exactly partner. I’m sure you have yours too. In the same way that I
have mine as well….
Ariane: We all have our bets of course because all our contestants are
deserving to win the title. Who are your bets? And now, the moment we’ve all
been waiting for—the announcement of the winners! May I call in ma’am
Maribeth Baldado to announce the winners.

Christine: Congratulations to all the winners. Remember, the real victory is in
the effort we put in, the support we give each other, and the fun we’ve shared.
