Day 1: Arrival- transfer to KRABI

Arrive at Phuket airport ,after clearing custom, visa processing, baggage claim, at arrival you will be met and
transferred to Krabi - is abundant in scenic beauty with lush tropical greenery, rugged limestone cliffs,
meandering caves and a stunning coastline with some of the best beaches in the world.

Terms and conditions for tour booking in relation to Covid 19 pandemic.
As these terms and conditions for tour booking in relation to COVID 19 pandemic but still it shall apply to similar
situations giving rise to an abrupt stoppage of the tour booked.

PART 1

1. If due to pandemic or Thai pass isnot granted,because of which the tour cannot be availed altogether then our
liability will be limited to refund of tour money after deducting 5% of the tour costs and amount spent towards the
booked services which are held up with service providers. Once the tour commences there shall be no refund.
2. We shall not be bound to refund the amount held up with service providers like airlines, hotels or DMC, etc. unless
they refund us in our bank account.
3. You have to take all the precautions during the travel including repatriation expenses if you are stranded due to
suspension of service abruptly due to law enforcement at your destination or transit places. There is no guarantee of
any kind of physical or financial support during such eventuality where the tour is affected due to pandemic like
situation.
4. Every country may issue its travel requirements, procedures for prior to arrival or departure at the destination to
be followed at ports, rules for medical testings and examination, and so on, which must be followed. The company will
not be responsible if these procedures cause any hindrance to the smooth execution of tours. You must carry
contingency funds to meet any travel related medical tests or quarantine related expenses.

This package cost is based on notional USD rate at Rs.82/-, the bench mark rate taken uniformally as USD is too
much volatile and can’t be changed in itinerary / handout frequently. This is the HDFC Bank TT Selling rate taken at
which the Bank will be making remmittance to vendors abroad through Telex Transfer for land-arrnagments etc.
Please don’t get confused with the Inter Bank rate or Currency buying/selling rates being quoted on Currency rate
sites or Bank’s Currency trading site.

To avoid impact of future fluctuation you can get the package cost freezed by making 100% payment of package cost
adjusted at the prevailing TT selling rate of HDFC Bank at time booking or within 5 days of it. There will be Rs.500/-

If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel.

You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking
process is undertaken.

Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.

If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel.

You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 25, 000/- per person at the time of booking process is
undertaken.
Any amendment or cancellation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.

If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition.
You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process
is undertaken..
No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The
tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.

week before the delivery of documents if a payment is by CHEQUE.

CCANCELLATION POLICY
If circumstances force you to cancel the tour the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.
PLEASE NOTE
1) PROMOTIONAL PACKAGE ON INDIGO, GO AIR, SPICEJET WILL BE NON REFUNDABLE AND NO DATE CHANGE
ALLOWED ONCE BOOKED
2) Any package where Indigo or Air Asia is involved the ticket amount is totally nonrefundable and postponement is
also not allowed
In all other cases cancellation charge will be as per the booking condition of the tour and we shall be constrained to
levy the following cancellation charges per person.
 If cancellation is made any time not less than 15 days prior to departure, 20, 000/- per person shall be deducted.
 If cancellation is made 15 to 05 days prior to departure, 75% of tour cost shall be deducted.
 If cancellation is made 05 to 01 days prior to departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted
 In case passenger is no show at the time of departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
 Cancellation charges for Air Asia Ticket booking shall apply as per Air Asia Cancellation Rules. It will be extra
than the above cancellation charges.
 Cancellation charges for Star Cruise booking shall apply as per Star Cruises Cancellation Rules. It will be extra
than the above cancellation charges.
 Once booking is confirmed during Super Peak period (Christmas and New Year Period between 22nd December

 and 03rd January) Cancellation fee of 75% of Tour Cost will be charged for all booking canceled within 45 days
of travel.

CANCELLATION policy applicable for booking done as Guarantee Booking

This is to inform you, prior to confirm your bookings which need guarantee booking that our normal cancellation
policy mentioned immediately here above will not be applicable for your booking.
Your booking is having travel tour components which need guarantee booking, which means no cancellation will be
allowed once booking is made for you. Therefore general cancellation policy mentioned above will be superseded by
the following cancellation policy:
If cancellation is made any time once the booking is confirmed irrespective of number of days prior to departure,
100% of tour cost shall be deducted

FOR YOUR INFORMATION

1. Above mentioned package is a promotional package which is available only for limited seats which cannot be
hold and subject to availability of seats on mentioned departure dates.
2. The tour cost does not include any Travel Insurance Premium, but we strongly recommend Travel Insurance.
3. No tour guide/Escort accompanies our groups from India to aboard & back to India.
4. We will be sending your booking status within 2 working days, in case of non availability we will be refunding
you full payment, but once your booking is confirmed cancellation policy will be applicable.
5. Normally Tickets and hotel voucher will be delivered 2 to 3 days prior to your departure date, but it could be on
the day of departure also if operationally required.
6. Upgrade options are available for your hotels at a minimum charge (starting from Rs.3000/-) from budget to
Regular, Regular to Deluxe, and deluxe to luxury. In case of specific choices of hotel one can customize a package
according to the Requirement.

Dos:-This tour attraction is for scenic beauty and we recommend only slow boat ride, that also under necessary safety

Don’ts:-Avoid Adventure Sports such as:
 Speed Boat
 SCUBA
 Parasailing
 Hot air balloon ride etc.
These Adventure Sports are high risk activities. These activities should not be undertaken as they require high degree
of safety precautions as well as sufficient training under supervision of experts.
If any person indulges in these Adventure Sports activities during the tour he would be doing so at his own risks.
NOTE - Coral island tour is sub to weather conditions and there wont be any refund or alternate tour in such
situation'
 Kindly strictly follow visa procedure [must required 3 Photos (white background and glossy finish], "Passenger
traveling to Thailand must carry 20, 000 THB per person(THB 40, 000 per family)
or equivalent US $ with bill to show at visa counter. For transit visa the quantum is half. For the latest you may
check embassy site too." and passport validity 06 months from date of return.
 Kindly note, in all Thailand group tours first place to visit will be Pattaya and then Bangkok. (subject to change if

 TRANSFERS: Standard bus transport; COACH WILL COVER 4-5 HOTELS IN SEAT IN COACH BASIS TRANSFERS.
 Hotels may charge a security deposit (which is mandatory to pay if asked) during check inn for laundry telephone,
minibar and any other incidental charges.

 Consumption of alcoholic beverages in open is not allowed during the tour except in the permitted area & any
person in tour group joins the group in drunken state which will affect the tour will be expelled from the tour
group at his costs & legal action will be taken in the interest of other group members, staff of DMC & to safe guard
reputation of service providers;
 Baggage and belongings at travelers own risk. Be aware of pickpocket.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: -
 As of now we are not holding any service, it will be subject to availability.
 Choice of hotel is not available in group tour, mentioned or similar hotel will be provided kindly check hotel rating
and other details on respective website.
 SIC means Seat-in-Coach basis. Coach will cover 4 to 5 hotels.
 Luggage allowed: - One hand baggage and Maximum 20 kg's of baggage is allowed. Carriage of Extra Baggage or
LCD TV will be at clients own arrangements or at an extra cost, which will be advised by the local tour Operator.
 Budget Package and Bella Express Pattaya Hotel is not suggested for Couples or Families.
 Above mentioned package is a promotional package which is available only for limited seats which cannot be hold
and subject to availability of seats on mentioned departure dates.
 Above tour prices are subject to change in the event of increase in hotel room rates levy by the hotel especially
during peak season / holiday surcharge and major events/ fairs and convention.

 The tour cost does not include any Travel Insurance Premium, but we strongly recommend Travel Insurance.
 No tour guide/Escort accompanies our groups from India to aboard back to India.
 Tour is in group & one may have to wait intermittently for transfers especially for pick-up and dropping as
transfers services are used for other group tourists too (2 to 3 Hr);
 Scheduling & re-scheduling may be done on circumstance prevailing at the time tour operations in best interest of
tour group at the discretion group coordinator (Destination Management Company);
 Hotels and services quoted are subject to the final Confirmation from Hotels and Suppliers, Else similar property
(Hotels) will be used. Kindly be advised above rates are as of date and subject to change without prior notice. All
our packages are subject to RBI / GOI Rules and Regulation.
 Baggage Allowance -Generally one suitcase not exceeding 20 Kgs of Weight and 62 Inches of Linear Dimension
(L+B+H) is allowed as check in Baggage. One bag of not more than 07 Kgs and 42 Inches of Linear Dimension
(L+B+H) is allowed as Handbag/ Cabin Bag in Economy Class. Please reconfirm with your airline before traveling
as its subject to vary with different airline.
 All Tour packages offered by D. Paul’s Travel and Tours are governed by the terms and conditions and
undertakings in the package tour – service agreement along with the booking form, which are incorporated
herein by reference.
 The time schedule fixed by the local tour operator should be strictly adhered to. For any inconvenience, loss or
consequence suffered due to tourist’s failure to keep the local tour operators timings, the tourist alone would be
responsible.
 Please also note that unlike in the case of individual tailor made tour packages; you might have to adjust timings
for the sake of general member of your tour group. Hotels mentioned now are only proposed at the moment. The
hotel named in the service voucher shall be final.
 This intimation supersede all previous offers by D Paul’s Travels and Tours and any verbal communication or
offer made earlier by any of our representatives.

Note of Caution before Booking of Package/Travel Tour Component

Travel tour packages/travel tour components that you are intent to book from us are of such nature where one has to
undertake considerable amount of walking and physical activity to enjoy them. All tours involve long hours of
traveling and some tour components may include theme park activities such as speed boat rides, balloon rides and
other adventure sports which are suitable only for medically/physically fit persons. We therefore, forewarn heart
patients, pregnant women, senior citizens, persons those requiring special care, patients of respiratory disorder,
persons suffering from arthritis, blood pressure and diabetes, not to undertake tour. There will be no medical help
that can be provided during such tours. It is therefore advised not to venture if any person requires special medical
attention during the tour. There is no luggage assistance and it is expected every tourist to manage his own luggage.
Some of the tourist products are without elevators/escalators and one may has to use stairs.
In spite of the above mentioned warning tourist who undertakes tour at his own volition and risk, D. Paul’s will not
be responsible for any medical complication that may arise during the tour. Not only this, one has to be medically fit

and energetic to undertake tour packages. You must therefore satisfy yourself by undergoing medical checkup and
obtain medical fitness certificate from your registered medical practitioner.

the voucher at the time of finalizing the tour package. The travel tour components mentioned here are subject to change
at last minute variation that may occur due to factors beyond control of the D. Paul's Travel and Tours.
