Thank you for considering Monteria Village for your stay. We would like to inform you of our cancellation policy, detailed below:

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is at 01:30 PM, and check-out is at 10:30 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges (if applicable).
• Booking Con rmation: Reservations are con rmed upon receipt of the booking deposit or full payment. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation.
• Identi cation: All guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID at check-in. International guests must provide a passport / Visa upon check-in
• Additional Guests: The number of guests per room is limited. Any additional guests, including children, may incur extra charges.
• Use of Amenities: Resort facilities and amenities are available for registered guests only. Unauthorised use by outside guests is not permitted.
• Food & Beverage Policy: Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the resort premises. All meals and drinks must be purchased on-site.
• Damage & Loss: Guests will be held responsible for any damage to property or loss ofZIPLINE
items in their rooms or resort facilities during their stay.
• Safety and Conduct: The resort reserves the right to refuse service to any guest acting in a manner deemed unsafe or disruptive to other guests or staff.
• Pet Policy: Monteria Village is pet-friendly; however, pets are not allowed in the restaurant or swimming pool areas.
• Cancellation Policy:
• For cancellations made 48 hours prior to the visit, 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded (refunds apply only to full payments; partial payments are non-refundable).
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the visit date.
• Advance Payment: To con rm your reservation, a 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking. This advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances, including
cancellations or no-shows.
• Modi cation of Dates: Should you wish to modify your booking dates, please notify us at least 10 days prior to your original arrival date. We will make every effort to accommodate your
request, subject to availability. Please note that any changes are at our discretion and may incur additional charges.
• No-Show Policy: In the case of a no-show, where you fail to arrive without prior cancellation or noti cation, the full reservation amount will be charged, and the room will be held for the
duration of the original booking.
• Rescheduling: Bookings may be rescheduled up to 60 days from the original booking date.
• Payment Policy: Any outstanding balances must be settled before check-out. We accept [list payment methods].
• Liability: The resort is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables. We recommend guests use the safe provided in each room.
