POLICY STATEMENT
PT. YUKTI PERSADA NADI

1. Commitment to HSE
At PT. Yukti Persada Nadi, we recognize that Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE)
management is a fundamental part of our business operations. We are committed to
ensuring a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment for our employees, clients,
vendors, and stakeholders.
As a company specializing in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions)
organizing, tour & travel planning, creative design, and wellness, we acknowledge the
unique HSE risks associated with event management and commit to adopting industry best
practices to mitigate those risks.

2. Responsibilities & Leadership


HSE governance is embedded in our organizational structure, led by:
 Director, Adiel Priyarama, who holds final responsibility for HSE compliance.
 HSE Manager, Nofri Ardian Eka Sanjaya, who oversees policy implementation and risk
management.
 A dedicated HSE team, including HSE System Coordinators, Emergency Response
Officers, and Compliance Specialists, ensures enforcement, reporting, and continuous
improvement.
All employees are required to adhere to the principles outlined in this policy, contributing to
a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

3. HSE Risk Management


We proactively manage risks through:
 Hazard Identification & Risk Assessments before all projects.
 Emergency Response Procedures for safe event execution.
 Contractor & Vendor Compliance Evaluations to ensure third-party alignment with
safety standards.

4. Compliance & Continuous Improvement


We commit to:
 Aligning HSE practices with national and international safety standards.
 Providing training & awareness programs to educate employees on best practices.
 Conducting internal audits & monitoring to evaluate performance and areas for
enhancement.
5. Policy Implementation & Communication
 This policy is communicated through induction training, team briefings, and updates
led by the Document Control & Standardization Officer.
 Changes are shared with all employees via official notices, training sessions, and
compliance meetings.
 All personnel are accountable for upholding HSE principles within their respective
roles.
