Before we dive in, let me introduce myself.
My name is Gyovana, and my background is in something you
might not expect—engineering and econometrics. I’ve always
been fascinated by how things work, how patterns emerge, and
how systems interconnect. But even as I studied numbers and
logic, I felt drawn to something far bigger—manifestation.
I first discovered manifestation 10 years ago when I read The
Power of Your Subconscious Mind. That book completely changed
my perspective and made me obsessed with understanding how
manifestation actually works on a scientific level.
That’s when I started diving deeper.
After discovering manifestation, I wanted to know why and how it

EVERYTHING IN THE UNIVERSE IS VIBRATION
Think about this—everything around you,
from your phone to your body to the air
you’re breathing, is made up of tiny
building blocks called atoms.
Now, atoms aren’t just sitting
still. They’re made up of even smaller
particles—protons, neutrons, and
electrons—that are constantly
moving. And because they’re always
moving, they create vibration.
At the most basic level, everything in
the universe is vibrating. Including
YOU.
But here’s where it gets interesting—not everything vibrates at
the same speed. Different things have different vibrational
frequencies.

abundance.

All these books already exist—the only difference is that you
are currently experiencing the one you’re reading. This
represents your reality. But just like a library filled with
countless books, there are many other potential realities waiting
for you to pick them up.
However, in life, you don’t choose these books with your hands.
You choose them with your unique vibrational frequency—a
frequency shaped by your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs.
HOW DO YOU PICK THE RIGHT BOOK?
Imagine that each section of books is sorted by frequency. If
your mind is constantly filled with thoughts of doubt, fear, and
scarcity, you’ll naturally find yourself walking into the section
where all the struggle stories are.

Want to manifest love? Go to places where you’d meet like-

It doesn’t have to be a big step. The key is to do something.
STEP 2: HAPPEN (MOMENTUM STARTS)

Many people struggle with manifestation not because they lack

"somewhere better," you’ll likely end up lost, confused, or

subconscious mind and the universe, making it difficult for

This is what I call the PLANT Method—a five-step process
designed to help you rewire your subconscious, align with your
desires, and manifest the life you truly want.
Think of it like planting a seed. Just like you wouldn’t expect a
plant to grow overnight, manifestation follows a process. You
plant the seed, nurture it, trust that it’s growing, and eventually,
you see the results.

Limiting beliefs are stories your mind tells you about what is
or isn’t possible for you.
These beliefs live deep in your subconscious, and they act like
filters, shaping the way you see yourself, money, relationships,
success—everything.
And here’s the tricky part—because they are so deeply
programmed, we usually accept them as facts, without ever
questioning them.
For example, have you ever caught yourself thinking things
like:
❌ “I’m not good enough.”
❌ “I’ll never have enough money.”
❌ “Love is hard to find.”
❌ “Success is only for lucky people.”
❌ “I’m just not the kind of person who…”
These thoughts might feel true to you—but they are not
universal truths. They are beliefs you picked up somewhere
along the way.
HOW ARE LIMITING BELIEFS FORMED?
So where do these beliefs come from? They are not
something you are born with. They are learned.
Most of them are formed between the ages of 0 to 7, when
your brain is in a highly suggestible state—basically, a
sponge absorbing everything around you.
Your beliefs were shaped by:
Family & Upbringing – What did your parents say
about money, success, or love?
School & Society – What did teachers, classmates,
or culture tell you was possible for you?
Media & Entertainment – What stories did movies,
books, and social media reinforce?
Past Experiences & Trauma – Did you fail at
something once and decide you weren’t good
enough?
If you grew up hearing 'money doesn’t grow on trees' or 'life is
a struggle,' those beliefs probably got programmed into your
subconscious—and now, without realizing it, you might still be
operating from those same patterns.
But here’s the good news—you are not stuck with them.
HOW TO IDENTIFY YOUR LIMITING BELIEFS
Now, let’s do a quick exercise. I want you to grab a piece of
paper or think about this in your mind.
Ask yourself this question:
💭 What is one thing I’ve been struggling to manifest?
Maybe it’s money. Maybe it’s love. Maybe it’s confidence.
Whatever it is, write it down or hold it in your mind.
Now, I want you to ask yourself:
What do I really believe about this area of my life?
For example, if you’re struggling with money, do you believe
money is hard to earn?
If it’s love, do you believe relationships always end badly?
If it’s success, do you believe you’re not smart enough?
Write down every thought that comes up. No filter. No
judgment. Just let your subconscious speak.
These are your limiting beliefs. And once you see them, you
can start to change them.
HOW TO CLEAR LIMITING BELIEFS
Now that you’ve identified your limiting beliefs, let’s talk about
how to clear them.
There are many ways to reprogram the subconscious mind,
but I’m going to share four powerful techniques that work fast,
including one I use every single day—EFT tapping.
The Truth Test: Is This Belief Actually True?
Most limiting beliefs fall apart the moment you question them.
For example, if you believe “Money is hard to make,” ask
yourself:
Is this really true? Do I know people who make money easily?
If even ONE person in the world has proven this belief wrong,
then it’s not an absolute truth—it’s just a perspective. And if
others can change their perspective, so can you.
Challenge every belief you wrote down. Look for evidence that
proves the opposite is possible.
The Reverse Statement: Flip the Script
Once you’ve challenged a belief, it’s time to replace it with a
new one. Take the limiting belief and flip it into a positive,
empowering statement.
“Money flows to me easily and
Money is hard to make”
consistently.”
“I’m not good enough “I am more than enough, exactly
as I am.”
“Love is everywhere, and I am a
“Love is hard to find”
magnet for it.”
Start repeating these new statements daily. The more you
affirm them, the more they become your new reality.
The Subconscious Rewrite: Speak to Your Inner
Child
Most of our limiting beliefs were formed when we were
children. And one of the most powerful ways to clear them is
to go back and reparent yourself.
Imagine your younger self, absorbing all these negative
beliefs. Now imagine your current self stepping in and saying:
Hey, that’s not true. You are worthy. You are capable. You are
loved. And I’m here to remind you of that every day.’
This practice is incredibly healing and helps release old
programming that no longer serves you.
EFT Tapping: Releasing Limiting Beliefs in
Minutes
Now, let’s talk about a technique I use every single day to
clear limiting beliefs fast—EFT, or Emotional Freedom
Technique.
EFT is a simple but powerful method where you tap on specific
energy points on your body while speaking out loud about your
limiting beliefs.
It works because our beliefs are stored in the nervous system.
When we tap on these points, we send a signal to the brain to
release fear, stress, and old emotional patterns.

Pick one limiting belief you want to release. Let’s say it’s: 'I

Take a deep breath. Now, check in with yourself—on a scale
from 1-10, how true does the old belief feel now? Usually,
after one round, the number drops significantly.
If there’s still some resistance, you can repeat the process
until it clears completely.
Final Step: Commit to Clearing Your Beliefs Daily
Clearing limiting beliefs is not a one-time thing—it’s a daily
practice. Every time an old belief comes up, challenge it,
rewrite it, tap on it, and replace it with something better.
And remember: your beliefs create your reality. The more you
shift your beliefs, the more your external world will start to
reflect those changes.

clear about what we actually want to manifest.
This is where scripting comes in—using the power of language
and detail to write your reality into existence.
And let me tell you—details matter. The universe listens to
everything you ask for, but it can only deliver what you
specifically define.
Let me share a personal example.
HOW TO CLEAR LIMITING BELIEFS
When I scripted my dream home, I was specific—I wanted to
live in a beautiful neighborhood, in a house that felt like mine. I
wanted a place where I felt safe, where I could build my future,
and where I’d feel a deep sense of belonging.
Guess what? I got exactly that. The house, the location,
everything I asked for—it all came true.
But here’s where I learned an important lesson—I could have
asked for even more.
I didn’t specify that I wanted a renovated house with strong
walls, perfect insulation, and a flawless foundation. I didn’t ask
for brand-new floors or a freshly plastered interior. And
because I didn’t write those details, the universe delivered
only what I asked for.
This experience taught me something critical: be specific. Get
detailed. Write down every single thing you want.
The universe is not going to fill in the blanks for you. If you
want a dream home, don’t just ask for ‘a house’—describe the
exact house you want, down to the last detail.
WHY DETAILS MATTER IN SCRIPTING
Think about ordering a custom-made cake. If you just say, ‘I
want a cake,’ the baker might give you something random—
chocolate, vanilla, big, small—who knows?
But if you say: ‘I want a three-layer chocolate cake with
raspberry filling, covered in smooth dark chocolate ganache,
topped with fresh berries and gold flakes,’ guess what? That’s
exactly what you’ll get.
Manifestation works the same way.
The more detail you include, the more precisely the
universe can bring your desire into reality.
HOW TO SCRIPT IN VIVID DETAIL
When you script, don’t just write what you want—describe it
as if you’re already living it.
Let’s say you’re manifesting a new home. Instead of writing:
❌ “I want to live in a nice house.”
Write this instead:
✅ “I wake up in my dream home, feeling cozy and warm. The sunlight
filters through the large windows, casting a golden glow across the
freshly painted white walls. The wooden floors feel smooth under my
feet as I walk into my modern kitchen, where my stainless steel
appliances shine under the pendant lights. The air smells like freshly
brewed coffee, and I hear birds chirping outside my garden. Everything
about this place feels perfect—it’s spacious, filled with love, and
exactly what I always dreamed of.”
See the difference? The second version paints a picture. The
more senses and emotions you include, the more your
subconscious accepts it as reality.
Exercise: Write Your Manifestation in Full Detail
Let’s do an exercise together. Take a moment and think about
something you really want to manifest.
Now, grab a piece of paper (or just visualize) and answer
these questions:
1️⃣ What does it look like? (Describe the colors, size, shape,
or design.)
2️⃣ What does it feel like? (Think of textures, emotions,
comfort.)
3️⃣ What sounds do you hear? (Is it laughter, ocean waves,
soft music?)
4️⃣ What smells are in the air? (Fresh flowers, baked cookies,
perfume?)
5️⃣ What do you experience daily in this new reality? (Describe
the little moments—waking up, making coffee, relaxing in your
space.)
Write your answer in full sentences, as if it’s already
happening in your life.

financial freedom. I can afford anything I desire without stress—I book
spontaneous trips, invest in my dreams, and share my wealth with the

always comes to me in the most joyful ways.”
WHAT IF I DON’T FULLY BELIEVE IT YET?
If scripting feels uncomfortable or ‘unreal,’ start with
statements that feel more believable.
📜 Instead of: “I am a millionaire.”
➡️ Say: “I am stepping into financial abundance more and
more each day.”
📜 Instead of: “I have my dream house.”
➡️ Say: “I am attracting the perfect home, and I can already
feel it coming to me.”
Over time, your belief will grow, and you’ll feel comfortable
writing in full certainty.
Affirm & Activate
Rewire your subconscious through self-hypnosis
Now that we’ve written our new reality through scripting, it’s
time to take it a step further—by programming it directly into
our subconscious mind.
And the fastest way to do that is through affirmations and self-
hypnosis.
Why? Because no matter how much conscious effort you put
into manifesting, if your subconscious mind is still running old
beliefs, it will sabotage your results.
But here’s the good news—you can rewire your subconscious
mind. And one of the best ways to do this is through the power
of your own voice.

If you want multiple manifestations, record separate audios

appreciated. Love flows to me effortlessly."
Step 4: Record Your Own Voice
Why your own voice? Because research shows that people
process information faster and retain it better when it is
spoken in their own voice (Kraus & White-Schwoch, 2015).
How to record it:
Find a quiet space.
Use your phone or a voice recorder app.
Speak slowly, calmly, and with emotion (like you're talking
to a loved one).
Leave pauses between sentences to allow the words to
sink in.
You don’t need to sound perfect—what matters is that it feels
real and personal.
Step 5: Listen for 10-20 Minutes Daily
(Loop Your Recording)
Why? Studies show that learning through repetition over time
strengthens neural connections (Carpenter et al., 2012).
Best times to listen:
Before sleep: When the brain is naturally in theta state.
First thing in the morning: When the subconscious is still open
to suggestion.

hypnosis, there’s one more step that many people struggle
with—letting go.
This step is crucial because attachment creates resistance.
When you hold on too tightly to your manifestation, you
actually push it away.
Think of it like planting a seed. If you plant a seed and then
keep digging it up every day to check if it’s growing, you stop
it from taking root. But if you plant it, water it, and trust the
process, it grows effortlessly.
The same applies to manifestation. Once you’ve done the
work, you need to neutralize attachment and allow the universe
to do its part.
THE SCIENCE BEHIND LETTING GO
From a psychological perspective, excessive attachment
creates stress and anxiety, which shifts your brain into a fight-
or-flight state (amygdala activation). When your brain is in this
state, it becomes harder to access creativity, intuition, and
higher-level thinking (Porges, 2011).
In quantum physics, the Observer Effect shows that reality
shifts based on observation and expectation. When you focus
too much on ‘Where is it? Why hasn’t it happened yet?’ you
reinforce the lack of your desire, keeping it out of reach
(Zurek, 2003).

Letting go doesn’t mean forgetting about your manifestation—

The reason people struggle to let go is because they still feel

Instead of feeling like it’s already done, they keep looking for
proof, which reinforces the idea that it’s not here yet.

One of the best ways to let go is to shift your focus onto
something else that raises your vibration.
Instead of obsessing over your manifestation, do things that
make you feel good in the present moment. This puts you in a
state of allowing.
🎨 Creative Distractions: Painting, writing, music, dancing.
🌿 Nature Distractions: Walks, hiking, gardening, beach time.
🏋️♀️ Physical Distractions: Yoga, exercise, deep breathing.

When you are happy and fulfilled without your manifestation,
you actually attract it faster.
Step 3: Release Timelines & Expectations
One of the biggest blocks to manifestation is being too
attached to a specific timeline.
If you constantly think, ‘It has to happen by next week,’ you
create stress, which lowers your vibration.
The shift: Trust divine timing.
Affirmation to help release control:
I release the need to control how and when my manifestation
arrives. I trust that the universe’s timing is always perfect."
Ask yourself:
“Would I still be okay if this happened in 3 months instead
of 3 weeks?”
“What if it happens in a way better than I imagined?”
When you detach from how and when, you allow room for

Letting go takes practice. If you find yourself getting anxious,

symbolic release.

Reticular Activating System (RAS): Your Brain’s Filter
Your brain processes millions of pieces of information per
second, but your Reticular Activating System (RAS) filters out
what’s important to you.
When you start focusing on a manifestation, your RAS begins
highlighting anything related to it—making you notice
opportunities, patterns, and synchronicities that were always
there but previously invisible to you (Moruzzi & Magoun, 1949).

If you’re constantly asking, ‘Where’s my sign?’ you might block
it from appearing.
The shift: Instead of demanding a sign, say:
I am open to receiving signs from the universe. I trust that they
will appear at the perfect time."
Step 2: Ask the Universe for a Clear Sign
If you want extra confirmation, you can actually ask the
universe to send you a sign!
How to do it:
1. Pick something specific (Example: "Show me a blue

2. Set a time frame (Example: "Within the next 48 hours.")
3. Let it go and don’t obsess over it.
Example: "Universe, if I am on the right path, show me a white

Most of the time, the sign will appear in the most unexpected

Signs are everywhere, but if you don’t write them down, you
might forget them.
Keeping a Signs Journal helps strengthen your belief because
you’ll start seeing patterns and proof that your manifestations
are unfolding.
What to track:
What sign appeared (Ex: "Saw 11:11 three times today.")
How it made you feel (Ex: "It gave me confidence that my
manifestation is coming.")
Any intuitive thoughts or realizations you had.
The more signs you track, the more confident you’ll feel that
manifestation is working for you.
Step 4: Strengthen Your Belief by Celebrating Small
Signs
The more excited you are about signs, the faster your
manifestations come.
When you see a sign, acknowledge it!
Say: "Thank you, Universe! I see this sign, and I know my
manifestation is unfolding perfectly.
Every time you celebrate a small sign, you amplify your belief
and attract even bigger confirmations.
What If I Don’t See Any Signs?
If you’re not seeing signs, don’t panic—it just means one of
two things:
❌ You’re too focused on “where is it?” → Shift your focus
back to trust.
❌ Your manifestation is still unfolding → Signs might come in
a different way than expected.
What to do:
Detach from needing signs.
Focus on gratitude instead.
Ask the universe for a fresh confirmation and then let it go.

because manifestation is a personal journey—so instead, think
of these levels as different ways to explore manifestation.

This routine is for those who are just getting started and want
a simple and powerful way to integrate manifestation into their
daily life.
Listen to your self-hypnosis recording for 20 minutes—
either in the morning or before bed.
Spend 5 minutes clearing limiting beliefs—using EFT,

This is the perfect starting point if you want to build

This is the exact routine I follow every day—it’s for those who

Spend 15 minutes clearing limiting beliefs every morning—
this is a non-negotiable part of my day.
