Citronix is releasing a new firmware revision 1.02aa that is compatible with all ci5000 series printers and
is released into production during the week commencing 2nd April 2023. The new firmware, along with
installation instructions can be accessed from the distributor portal or via the links below.

This version of software includes the following changes:

1. Fixed a bug where certain RFID fluid tags weren't validated correctly.

2. Changed the Service Module's "Enable Months Warnings" default settings in the ‘Filter’ screen
from "Enabled" to "Disabled" to prevent the warnings from showing up when the service module's
month is due.

Important Note: To update your printer firmware to version 1.02aa, it is essential that you have version
1.02z installed. If your existing firmware is not 1.02z, make sure to update it before proceeding with this
upgrade.

We recommend that all customers update their firmware to ensure optimal performance of their printers.
