RENTAL POLICY
• No Minimum Rental Period
• Maximum Rental Discount:
o 25% discount from rental list for rentals with a minimum of 1 month (removal of rental credit accrual on that
order)
** any discount over 25% must be authorised by Upper Management PRIOR to quotation to customer **
• Delivery Charge / Collection Charge to be charged to the customer when using a courier / freight forwarder used.
o If Agent / TM collects from customer or drops off at customer – no charge to customer
▪ Customer is liable for shipping charges from Office to TM
• Lost Items – write off –charge the customer full list price for the lost item. It would be commissionable as it is
technically a sale at this point.
• Cross Hires
o No rental credit accrual
o Margin must be included for office / agent (capped)
o On-hire / off-hire dates
• Invoicing – to be processed monthly if possible, try to avoid invoicing at the end of the period, better to invoice in
small monthly portions.
• Damage due to misuse or abuse will not be covered on the rental warranty. Before any office or service department
wishes to charge a customer for a rental repair for damages it must be approved by Management (Dave Ricca/Sophie
Smith/Donna Lewis) please email the rental invoice/s, photos of damage and parts ‘cost’ (not sale price)
** please note these instances are expected to be very rare given HYTORCs no questions asked philosophy on extra
charges to customers **
RENTAL CREDIT
• 100% rental credit is available for 6 months from invoice date for paid associated rental invoices.
** please use common sense and your discretion for those important customers who may pay 35 days for example to utilise
100% rental credit, they can qualify and utilise **
How Are Rental Credits Earned? - Rental Credits are generated from the value of the HYTORC Torque wrenches and pumps
that are rented.
Accessories, and Tensioners and Sales Rep. charges do not earn rental credit.
What Can a Rental Credit Be Applied Towards? - Rental Credits can be applied towards the purchase of any Productivity
Enhancement HYTORC Tool. Accessories, Tensioning Equipment are not included in this program.
What is considered Productivity Enhancement HYTORC Tooling? - AVANTI, ICE, STEALTH, MXT +, JGUN, and Lithium Series
torque wrenches
• Full List price for all purchase items unless approved by management a discount can be applied
• Pumps are included ONLY when purchasing a complete bolting system i.e. with a wrench.
• Accessories not included (hex links with low profile wrench, FRL with JGUN are accepted)
• Tensioning items excluded
• Hand Torque Wrench excluded
• Customer Purchase Order must detail Rental Credit Discount they wish to use (total amount) if full order zero a 100
USD processing fee to be applied (currency equivalent)
• Unit items cannot be discounted or spread over terms (unless HQ management authorise)

• Excludes – freight and VAT / tax
• Customer PO must be sent to USA with copy of office purchase order
• Expires after 6 months
Final last checks:
• Check the customer has no outstanding RENTAL invoices – if rental invoices owed – hold dispatch until paid
• Customer can only use rental credit on paid invoices. Note that if customer has a balance, they can use credits from
other paid rentals just not those rentals that have a balance remaining.
• The offer can not be used with any other offer such as discounted list price, trade in or extended payment terms
SPARE PARTS
• We do not supply spare parts to company’s who did not buy the equipment.
• Always request the serial number of any equipment for any spare parts inquiry.
• If a company provides the serial number of the tool and we can see they are a 3 rd party (did not buy the equipment)
we do not want to sell them spare parts in any circumstances. Encourage the company to send the equipment back to
us and we can repair the equipment, invoice them for the repair, they in turn can invoice their client.
• Any Gun models we do not want to supply spare parts to any company even end users; HYTORC authorised repair
centres are to complete by a fully trained technician.
STATEMENT FOR EMAILS
Dear X,
We are unfortunately unable to provide you with the spare parts you have requested due to HYTORC’s global policy. We are
only permitted to sell spare parts to the end user of the tool or a HYTORC Authorized Repair Centre (ARC).
HYTORC have hundreds of authorised repair service facilities across the world, who can facilitate Repairs, Servicing and
Calibration.
We do apologise that we are unable to provide these parts but, as a third party, if you arrange for the tool to be returned to
one of our workshops then HYTORC can invoice you for the repair, and you can pass any charges onto your customer.
LOAN / DEMO
LOANER EQUIPMENT POLICY
Hytorc has a supply of loaner equipment available. If loaner equipment is required by a customer, HYTORC will ship the loaner
equipment immediately to a customer for use while equipment is being serviced at a HYTORC Authorized Repair Centre. To
meet customer expectations in the event of equipment failure, the following guidelines have been implemented.
Loaner equipment can be an equivalent model and not necessarily the exact model
WARRANTY PARAMETERS DEFINED
• Repair required on Hytorc tool or pump that is within one year from date of purchase. *Under normal operating
conditions.
• Part guarantee, if “part” fails 6 months from date of original service performed by certified Hytorc Technician.
• Tool models with a 5 year tool housing warranty *under normal operating conditions.
• Tool is covered under a HY-CARE Plus or Premium Package.

If Hytorc provides loaner equipment for any of the above warranty scenarios, the customers equipment needing repair must
be received at Hytorc Service Centre within 5 days of receipt of loaner equipment.
Loaner equipment provided must be returned back to Hytorc Service Centre via ground shipping within 5 business days from
customers receipt of their repaired equipment.
*Failure to meet these deadlines will result in daily rental charge for use of loaner equipment each day equipment return is
delayed.*
NON-WARRANTY PARAMETERS DEFINED
• Loaners are not provided for customers that have equipment in for service that is not under Hytorc warranty
parameters. Customers will be offered a reduced hire rate at 50% off the standard hire rate.
• We do not offer loaner items on NON-Hytorc equipment needing repair.
• We do not offer discount hire rates on NON-Hytorc equipment.
• We do not offer warranty on competitor parts that were replaced on NON-Hytorc equipment.
DEMO
• DEMO items are available to HYTORC sales personnel for customers to trial for a maximum period of 2 weeks. After 2
weeks the customer has used their DEMO/ TRIAL period and can convert to RENTAL or return to the HYTORC office.
• LONG TERM DEMO these are items the HYTORC office agrees to loan sales personnel to actively promote HYTORC.
These remain in the procession and responsibility of the HYTORC sales personnel for day to day sales activity. These
items do not fall under DEMO items duration of 2 weeks.
o These items at the request of HYTORC Office will be required to be returned for service, calibration,
inspection and stock count. The HYTORC Office can request this at any time.
TRADE IN – Can offer ‘UP TO’ 30% discount on new equipment
*please note the discount is off the purchase price of the TRADE IN item – the % discount off the new purchase item list price*
(E.g.) Customer trades in AV-P7 purchases AV130, they gain a discount (10%) off the AV-P7 list price not 10% discount off the
AV130 price
TOOLS:
15% Competitors equipment, additional discount available if large potential sale - upper management’s authorization
required PRIOR to quote to customer.
15% HYTORC discontinued models. I.E. ULC, LT, SL, XLS, Blitz, XXI, SQV, LC.
20% Guns 5+ years old.
30% Guns under 5 years old.
20% HYTORC models 5+ year old XLT, MXT, MXT-SA, XLCT, STEALTH, AVANTI, XXI, VERSA, EDGE.
30% HYTORC models under 5 years old XLT, MXT, MXT-SA, XLCT, STEALTH, AVANTI, VERSA, EDGE,
PUMPS:
20% Competitor Pumps I.E. Power Team, Enerpac, old HYTORC pumps.
25% HYTORC Technologies 5+ years. I.E. HY-115, HY-AIR, JETPRO-S, VECTOR, etc.
30% HYTORC Technologies less than 5+ years. I.E. HY-115, HY-AIR, JETPRO-S, VECTOR etc.
** HYTORC office must receive the trade in items before the dispatch of the new equipment ** N.B – if Trade In sale is
handled by one of our partners (contracted Distributor) no requirement to return scrap to HYTORC office. Items dispose

locally and evidence of scrap to be sent to the HYTORC office all Growth Sales Mangers to confirm the disposal when in
country. We require legitimacy evidence from GSM and Distributor
• Distributors are responsible for their own trade in offers.
o HYTORC items traded in and added to the Distributors hire fleet HYTORC do not offer extra Distributor
discount
o If end users trades in competitors or discontinued HYTORC products we can offer up to a 15% discount
(usually top out at 10% in most cases) HYTORC will split that discount with the distributor.
▪ E.g. Distributor offers the customer 10% off global list for trade in of a competitor tool, HYTORC
would extend an additional 5% discount to that distributor for that product line. They must provide
us with a hardcopy PO from end user proving they extended that discount.
EXTENDED PAYMENT TERMS
• Commission is claimable upon monthly invoice only
• HQ Management to approve length of period based upon value of order / qty of items – please contact Dave Ricca for
authorisation of extended term
DISCOUNTS & RECLAIMS
• Maximum Discount – 5% any discount over 5% must gain authorisation from Dave Ricca
• Commission reclaim
o Discount apportion over all items at commission %
o All discount to be split 50 / 50 office & Agent / Distributor
o For example – 6% discount (3% office – 3% Agent/Distributor)
General Reclaim – customer has not paid HYTORC, the Accounts dept must demonstrate all requests for payment, Accounts
dept must be able to demonstrate Sales Manager / Sales team notified and their assistance has been exhausted (overall period
4 months.
o Reclaim commission paid to the sales person
MSA
Pricing Calculation
• USA List Price
• Deduct special customer discount
• Add Duties /Taxes
• Convert Exchange Rate of that day to your local currency
Commission Reclaim
• Normal List less Special Price
• Trade In discount reclaim method
NON HYTORC PURCHASES
• Agent purchases a non HYTORC item for a customer sale
o Recharge of supplier invoice to HYTORC from Agent – cost of item (like for like)

DISTRIBUTORS
DELIVERY
• Distributors manage their own freight to and from our premises, Sales, Rental and Repairs
• Warranties - Distributors to pay their own delivery and collection
EXHIBITIONS
• Distributor to cover all costs – if exhibition is internationally attended the Sales Manager is to gain Eric Junkers and
Dave Ricca approval for split costs with HYTORC office PRIOR to space or stands being booked
WARRANTY
• Purchase - 12 MONTHS warranty
o Product must have been first shipped by HYTORC
o Freight to repair is free of charge
▪ Distributors are to pay their own freight associated with a warranty claim
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
• Each product must be free from defects in material and workmanship and will conform to HYTORC specification of
that product
MXT Plus
• Extended 2 Year “No Questions Asked” Warranty is standard
• Possible to upgrade to a 3 year warranty as part of a HY-CARE Service Plan.
BTM / LST /LION – Limited warranty
• Period 12 months from purchase
• Covers defects in materials and workmanship
• Warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace the product
• DOES NOT cover damage due to:
o Transportation / storage / improper use / failure to follow the product instructions / failure to perform any
preventative maintenance / modifications / unauthorised repair / normal wear and tear / external accidents,
abuse or other actions or events beyond HYTORC control
LST Upgrade
• LST which has received the board upgrade will qualify for an 18-month extended warranty from the date the item was
UPGRADED.
PUMPS
• Purchase - 12 MONTHS warranty
• Vector Pump – As all HYTORC Technology pumps
TENSIONER
• Period 3yrs / 10,000 cycles in operation (whichever comes first unless stated otherwise) – this is only valid for
Tensioners delivered on or after 1st Sep 2021
• DOES NOT cover any deterioration of the product which only affects visual appearance and not its function
o High fatigue Bolt Tensioners

o Hydraulic pumps / hoses
o Tensile components with Bolt Tensioners (unless cycle counter is present and below max cycles)
o Components not manufactured by HYTORC
• When warranty is confirmed HYTORC will cover the replacement part or product including freight.
• All defective products which have been replaced by HYTORC will become the property of HYTORC
o Customer is responsible for labour costs
REPAIRS
• All Repairs guaranteed for 6 MONTHS
o Free of charge return freight
o Product must be returned to a HYTORC authorised centre
WARRANTY CLAIM WITH HQ
• All warranty claims must be submitted using the warranty claim form (below) and submitted with photos to HYTORC
