Dear Madam Portillo,

Good day. I hope this message finds you well.

I’m writing to let you know that I won’t be able to attend your class on April 21,
2025. My trip back to Rizal, which was originally scheduled for Sunday, has been
unexpectedly delayed due to circumstances beyond my control.As a result, I’ll only be
able to travel back on Monday, which may affect my ability to take the exam that day, in
case there is one scheduled.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and I hope for your kind
understanding. I’ll make sure to catch up on anything I may have missed.
