3. Read the case study below and answer the questions that follow:

Sindy has just completed her diploma in fashion design and has decided to
open her own business designing and selling Golf shirts. She has decided to
sell her products to nearby schools, churches and crèches. Sindy will be
working from her mother’s garage with two people who will be assisting her.
She designed flyers and printed them around the area, and she spent most of
her time visiting schools, churches and crèches telling them about the
business.

Sindy got a loan from her father to buy sewing machines, an overlocker and
the materials required to make the golf shirts. Sindy’s material for making the
golf shirts is made from regenerated fibres that come from the local factory
which is willing to deliver it to her for free.

3.1 Identify the P’s of the marketing strategy that are available from the case (4)

3.2 Name the P that is outstanding from the case study. (1)

4. List FOUR ways in which an entrepreneur can ensure sustainable production of
