Area 1: neighbourhoods that have relatively low density and where the predominant zoning category is R1-single-family.

Infill guideline area 1 (Airport Planned Development Overlay)
Area 1 (Airport PDO): neighbourhoods that have relatively low density; where the predominant zoning category is R1-single-
family; subject to Airport Vicinity Protection Area regulations.
