3) Are you facing issue on all the websites or on specific website ?
4) Are you on the current location where you are facing this issue or any other
location ?

Once the user took all the above information, advisor asked the customer to raise
the SR through Thanks app
in order to capture the exact location.
Later advisor shared a link to capture the exact location of customer

5) Since how many days are you facing the connectivity issue?
6) On which floor are you facing this issue?
7) Advisor asked for an alternate number to contact.
8) Later advisor gave the information that your complaint has been raised & you
will receive the information
through SMS.
internet is not working due to insufficient balance is not required under postpaid

Both Pre and Post Pairing & De-pairing of Samsung & Apple iwatch has been
completed.

 Pre Test Observation :


• Able to Pair & de-pair both the Samsung and Apple iwatch.
• Connection status is currently showing as Active.
• KCI received on RTN for successful pairing however didn’t received KCI for
De-pairing.

 Post Test Observation :


• Able to Pair & de-pair both the Samsung and Apple iwatch.
• Connection status is currently showing as Active.
• KCI received on RTN for successful pairing however didn’t received KCI for
De-pairing.
