How to use this guide
Welcome to the wonderful world of anti-cancer living. :) All of these ideas
are habits / practices I currently do or have done in the past to heal my
cancer or keep any cancer from returning. I always like to think that it is
much easier to prevent than to have to actively try to heal. So, let that be
encouragement to you as you begin implementing some of these habits.
For each item, I linked a helpful resource that you can follow to learn
more about how to implement the new habit and also some options for
items to simplify the process.
To reuse your checklist each week, try laminating it or slipping it into a
plastic sheet protector to mark with dry-erase markers and then erase
and reuse again! I have included a pre-labeled checklist and 2 other
designs that are customizable.
These suggestions are not intended to be a healing protocol or treatment
but primarily a suggestion for making small, gradual changes that lead to
bigger change.
