5. Catch Up Schedule Progress

[Delay Analysis & Catch Up Plan]
1. Material procument delay : Delays in procuring pipe materials
→ (Catch up) Starting Production from 19.Feb.2025
After Deliver DW-PVC pipe (Expected date is 24.Mar.2025) we can catch up for pipe works.
2. Earthwork at WWTP Delay: Delay in preliminary construction work (Delay in construction of access road due to the canal expansion and obstacle houses, layout delay).
→ (Catch up) After resolving the delay issue, we plan to recover the schedule through weekend work.
