OKO CONTROL PROCESSING UNIT

The Control Processing Unit OKO-3 is a lightweight, portable, two-channel

microprocessor control unit, designed for managing all of a ground penetrating
radar's operating modes. It displays all GPR profiles, saving them on a
Flash-disc, GPR survey results' processing and data exchange with personal
computer via USB interface, and can be connected to one or
two antenna units.
Features
The Control Processing Unit OKO-3 is specially designed for usage in adverse
weather conditions and can be used in all climatic conditions (operating
efficiency is guaranteed in temperatures ranging from -20°С to +50°С).

Data are displayed on LCD with a window width of 10,4'' and a resolution
of 1024x768. The screen allows one to view data in real time or in playback
mode. It is readable in bright sunlight, although an optional sunshade for
the unit is available. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight will cause
the screen to heat up and may affect screen visibility.

The Control Processing Unit OKO-3 operation has been simplified for
maximum effectiveness. A touch screen allows one to easily select
parameters and modes, while the power switch-on function and cursor
are effortlessly performed with the help of moisture-protected
buttons located on the front bar.

GEOSCAN32

GeoScan32 software is designed for controlling a subsurface

sounding device (GPR) and subsequent processing and
visualisation of information obtained during sounding.

A 3D image can take the form of intersecting planes or a cube.

In the 3D visualisation mode, users can change the gain profile,
contrast, properties of the 3D block and redefine colouring.

Features:
Collection of GPR data obtained using OKO GPR equipment
in continuous mode, mode by movement (using movement
sensors) and in mode by steps;
Data visualisation during survey;
Interactive determination of layer velocities and depths of local
objects during data processing;
Layered processing;
Processing of area survey data;
Considering terrain data;
Editing tracks;
Working with the map Time zero offset.

Working with the map consists in positioning the map in a given area, changing the scale and
choosing the display type.

GPR surveys often reveal fairly extended and homogeneous zones. They can be represented as soil
layers with individual values of the propagation velocity of an electromagnetic wave, which is
determined by the dielectric constant of the medium.

Having determined the permittivity at some point of the layer, it can be applied to the entire layer. In
this case, it becomes possible to bring the GPR profile image in line with its geometric dimensions.
This can be very useful in road construction and many other fields.

Therefore, GeoScan32 software provides a separate mode that allows an operator to draw layers on
the profile, change their properties and export layer data for further processing in Autocad or similar
programs.

ARMSCAN
GPR OKO
ArmScan software is designed to process GPR
data obtained by scanning building structures,
concrete slabs, walls, and ceilings; to determine
the position of reinforcing bars in plan and in
depth; to build a 3D model of a reinforced
concrete structure based on the results of GPR
scanning.

3D visualisation of the received data. Sections

in any planes. Display of detected line objects.
Depth scale and captions for marks.

newest developments. It is intended primarily for working with data
obtained using the OKO-3 GPR. The latest version of the software
implements the following features: automatic processing and
interpretation of radargrams, analysis of the thickness of structural
layers, moisture and slope. Automatic generation of reports is also
available.

Features:
Comparison of the thicknesses of the layers recorded on the
radargram with the restrictions on the minimum and maximum
thicknesses specified for them

Comparison with drilling data

Delineating of waterlogged areas
