Data are displayed on LCD with a window width of 10,4'' and a resolution
of 1024x768. The screen allows one to view data in real time or in playback
mode. It is readable in bright sunlight, although an optional sunshade for
the unit is available. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight will cause
the screen to heat up and may affect screen visibility.
The Control Processing Unit OKO-3 operation has been simplified for
maximum effectiveness. A touch screen allows one to easily select
parameters and modes, while the power switch-on function and cursor
are effortlessly performed with the help of moisture-protected
buttons located on the front bar.

The OKO-3 GPR Road Set is designed for non-destructive inspection and analysis
of the road structure. The device uses special horn antennae (400-2500MHz) located above
ground level and fixed to a vehicle by an antenna bracket. The road complex offers users
the single-channel and multi-channel solutions for high resolution surveys at speed
up to 80 km/h.

Features:
Collection of GPR data obtained using OKO GPR equipment
in continuous mode, mode by movement (using movement
sensors) and in mode by steps;
Data visualisation during survey;
Interactive determination of layer velocities and depths of local
objects during data processing;
Layered processing;
Processing of area survey data;
Considering terrain data;
Editing tracks;
Working with the map Time zero offset.
Working with the map consists in positioning the map in a given area, changing the scale and
choosing the display type.
GPR surveys often reveal fairly extended and homogeneous zones. They can be represented as soil
layers with individual values of the propagation velocity of an electromagnetic wave, which is
determined by the dielectric constant of the medium.
Having determined the permittivity at some point of the layer, it can be applied to the entire layer. In
this case, it becomes possible to bring the GPR profile image in line with its geometric dimensions.
This can be very useful in road construction and many other fields.
Therefore, GeoScan32 software provides a separate mode that allows an operator to draw layers on
the profile, change their properties and export layer data for further processing in Autocad or similar
programs.
Layered interpretation of profiles
