willingness to participate in the Summer Training Program scheduled during the summer
vacation period (12.05.2025 to 30.06.2025)

I understand that the institution is organizing:

Placement Training for Final Year Students

GATE Training for Third and Final Year Students

Foreign Language Training for Second and Third Year Students

Research Internship for Second, Third and Final Year Students

I am keen to attend the above program (box ticked) relevant to my year and stream.

Further, I would like to avail the following facility during the training period (Please tick the
applicable option):

☐ Boarding and Lodging (Hostel facility) – Amount: Rs. 20,000/-

☐ Transport Facility (for Day Scholars) – Amount: Rs. 15,000/-

I understand that the institution is not charging separately for the hostel or transport facility.
Instead, I am being awarded a stipend/incentive/scholarship equivalent to the respective
amount, and I hereby give my full consent to the institution to adjust the stipend amount
towards the charges for the chosen facility.

I assure you of my full participation and commitment throughout the training duration of two
months.
