Learned Solicitor General would appear and submit that

We further record the following statements made by the

learned Solicitor General:

(1) The impugned orders dated 27.03.2023 shall not be

implemented till the next date of hearing.

(2) He further submits that the earlier regime relating to

reservation viz., Notification dated 30.03.2002 will

continue to hold the field till the next date of hearing.

He undoubtedly submits that this submission which he

has made is without prejudice to his contentions.

W.P. (C) No. 468/2023 and W.P.(C) No. 469/2023 be

tagged along with W.P. (C) No. 435/2023.
