Event Guide Lines and Invitation
We are delighted to invite your esteemed institution to participate in TECHNOVA 2.0, an Inter-School Tech
Innovation Challenge designed to ignite young minds and nurture the spirit of innovation, collaboration, and
hands-on learning. After the overwhelming success of our first edition, TECHNOVA 2.0 promises to be even
more dynamic, engaging, and impactful!
This two-day event will bring together creative thinkers and problem-solvers from across schools to develop
real-world tech-based solutions and showcase their talent through models, presentations, and teamwork.

3. 🤖 Assistive Technology & Inclusive Solutions
Build for everyone. Create innovations that assist differently-abled individuals and promote inclusivity.
Suggested Ideas:
Think beyond boundaries. Design any project model that solves a real-world problem using science, tech, or
engineering.
⏱ Time Division
Planning Phase 30 mins Team strategy, sketches, role allocation (Teacher can assist)
Final Touch & Documentation 30 mins Model polishing, report prep, presentation setup
💡 Teacher Assistance:
Each team will receive two 15-minute time coupons (total 30 minutes) for mentor support. These can be
availed either in a single 30-minute slot or in two separate sessions.
(Teacher assistance will be provided by the accompanying teacher from the participating school; no
assistance will be provided by the host school.)
🔌 Note: In the Makers' Arena, all participating teams are required to design, construct, and assemble their
working models entirely from scratch during the event itself. To ensure a fair and hands-on innovation
experience, pre-built or partially assembled models or sub-systems will not be allowed.
Each team must bring all necessary components, raw materials, tools, and equipment they require for
building their project, including items such as sensors, wires, microcontrollers, hardware tools, laptops, power
banks, etc.
The idea is to foster creativity, teamwork, and real-time problem-solving — right from planning to execution
— all within the allotted time on Day 1. Every element of the model must be constructed live at the venue,
under supervision, without any prior assembly.

This ensures that the innovation truly originates from the participants’ own efforts and ideas during the event.
Participants are required to create a fully functional working model during the event.
Pro Tip: Don’t forget to pack your crucial spare parts and backups — a single missing component can hold
back your innovation! Avoid last-minute hiccups and be fully prepared to bring your idea to life without
interruptions.
🎯 Evaluation Criteria

public administration, healthcare, and environmental science.
