Dear Madam,

Greetings!

I am writing to respectfully request your kind consideration regarding my eligibility for


academic distinction. I am a transferee student from St. Louise de Marillac College of
Sorsogon, where I completed my first and second years. I then transferred to Sorsogon State
University and completed my third and fourth-year subjects here.

Based on my own review of the curriculum and subjects I have completed, If I’m` not
mistaken I have taken 21 out of 55 subjects at SorSU, which is equivalent to 38.18% of the
curriculum requirements. While I understand that the academic distinction policy typically
requires at least 75% residency, I would like to kindly ask if there is any room for
consideration or appeal, especially for transferees who have consistently maintained strong
academic performance in their remaining years.

I would be grateful for any opportunity to further discuss or clarify my academic standing.
