SUBJECT : Spot Report on Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Homicide


DATE : May 16, 2025

1. Reference: Blotter entry no. 2024-10-321 dated October 26, 2024.

2. This pertains to a theft incident that transpired on October 24, 2024, at


about 2:00 PM at the residence of the victim, located at No. 123 Rizal Street,
Barangay San Pablo, Malolos City, Bulacan.

3. At the stated time and place, Mr. Juan Dela Cruz left his residence at Rizal
Street, Barangay San Pablo, Malolos City, to attend a business meeting nearby.
Upon returning at about 2:30 PM, Mr. Dela Cruz discovered that his front door was
forcibly opened. Upon closer inspection, he noticed his personal belongings,
including cash, gadgets, and jewelry items, were missing from his living room and
bedroom areas.

4. Initial interviews with neighbors revealed that two suspicious individuals


were seen entering the residence at 2:15 PM. The suspects were reportedly dressed
in dark clothing and wore masks. They were observed fleeing the area on a red
motorcycle with no visible license plate.

5. Follow-up investigations are underway to identify and apprehend the


suspects. Investigators are reviewing CCTV footage and coordinating with nearby
stations for intelligence on similar incidents in the area.
