In this connection, I wish to undertake the following:

1. I undertake to pay the cost of estimate amount in advance in full for the
proposed DCW works before execution of works;

2. I also undertake to pay the cost of materials damaged/broken during the normal
course of dismantling / transport, etc or the materials become unserviceable during
the execution of works;

3. I undertake to deposit further amounts during the course of execution of the
work, if the earlier deposit is found to be inadequate due to escalation in cost /
change in scope of the work depending on the site conditions and other unforeseen
reasons, if any.

4. I also undertake to pay any other additional amounts arised due to audit remarks
in future.

5. I undertake that if there is any hindrance / objection from other consumers while
executing the works by the TANGEDCO, the same shall be set right at my personal
capacity so as to carry out the works by the TANGEDCO and the TANGEDCO is
not liable for the delay in execution of the works.

6. I undertake that in the event of the TANGEDCO could not execute the works
due to unforeseen circumstances such as objections raised by the third party, court
cases, etc., I agree to forfeit the amount paid by me/us without insisting for the
execution of the works;

7. I undertake that I shall not claim any right over the ownership of the materials
used, as further maintenance of the lines rests with the TANGEDCO;

8. I undertake that the TANGEDCO reserves the right to tap lines for others and I
shall not claim any refund at a later date;

9. In case if any of the amount is not paid by me to the TANGEDCO, the same
shall be added to the service connection No. ______________________ exist in
my name.
