Admission to Ayurved Post Graduate Course (2024-25)
Instructions for Students
(State Quota)
1. Read Information Brochure of AIAPGET 2024 (State Quota)
carefully.
2. Required Office files- 2
File no (1) - Original certificate (Arrange in sequence all original
documents as per brochure of AIAPGET 2024 (State Quota).
File no (2) – Photocopies (Two sets of self-attested photocopies)
3. 8 passport size photographs (same as AIAPGET- 2024 & PG
counselling online form) in packet attach to file no 1. Mention
Student name and Mobile number on the back side of each
photograph.
4. All candidates from State Quota (Open & All Category) should
have to submit 02 separate DD of Nationalized bank as amount of
Rs 52300/- & Rs 12000/- in the favour of Dean Government
Ayurved College, Nagpur payable at Nagpur. (Note- Non
Nationalized bank DD is not admissible)
5. Scan all original documents and send soft copy in PDF form to the
[email protected].
6. Hostel is under construction. So hostel facility will be provided
immediately after completion of construction.
7. For the admission process of Post Graduate course you visit first
floor, at Kriya Sharir department.
List of Documents (State Quota)
Original Certificates / documents (along with attested photocopies 02 sets of documents) to be brought
for documents verification at the time of admission as mentioned below: (No documents will be
accepted rather than prescribed format mentioned in AIAPGET- 2024 brochure and other than
competent authority)
1. Online downloaded Copy of Application form of Competent Authority, State CET Cell,
Maharashtra
2. Copy of downloaded Provisional Selection / Allotment letter issued by Competent Authority, State
CET Cell, Maharashtra.
3. Any Photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card/ Driving Licence/ Pan Card/ Pass port/ Voter Id)
4. Copy of downloaded AIA-PGET-2024 Score Card / Marksheet.
5. Nationality Certificate/ Valid passport/ School Leaving Certificate (SSC/HSC) indicating the
Nationality of the candidate as “Indian”.
6. Domicile Certificate
7. Birth / Age Certificate ( if 10th / SSC Certificate does not bear the same) .
8. First, Second, Third and Final BAMS Statement of Marks.
9. BAMS Degree/ Passing Certificate.
10. Internship Completion Certificate from University or the Head of the Institution.
11. College Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate from the last studied Institute.
12. MCIM Permanent Registration Certificate/ Application & Fees receipt for Permanent registration
to MCIM.
13. Medical Fitness Certificate as mentioned in Annexure – L
14. Attempt Certificate of all examinations in Degree course from Head of the Institute.
If applicable…
a. Caste Certificate
b. Caste Validity Certificate
c. Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (for (VJ) DT-A, (NT-1) NT-B, (NT-2) NT-C, (NT-3) NT-D,
OBC, SBC and SEBC Candidates) issued by appropriate authority and should be valid upto
31/03/2025 or later.
d. EWS Candidates - EWS certificate issued by Appropriate Authority for academic year 2024-25.
e. For Persons with disability (PWD) Candidates - Medical Fitness Certificate as per Annexure–F
issued by Designated Disability Centres mentioned in Annexure- F1 of Preference Information
Brochure for admission through AIA-PGET - 2024.
f. Orphan Certificate from Respective Authority.
g. For Candidates as mentioned in Rule No. 2.3 – Domicile Certificate of Maharashtra State.
h. For the Candidates, as mentioned in Rule No. 2.4 - (1) Certificate from Dean / Principal of
respective Ayurved Medical College stating that the Candidate was admitted in 15% All India
Quota. (2) Domicile Certificate of Maharashtra.
i. Change in Name Certificate- Gazette or Marriage Registration Certificate or Undertaking on
Notarised Affidavit.
j. For In-service Medical Personnel and Medical Officer (DHS) - No Objection Certificate as per
Annexure-I, and the Deputation letter and Relieving order as per Annexure- H.
k. Educational Gap Certificate - Affidavit by student if GAP is > 6 months after completion of internship.
l. Migration Certificate - issued by the respective University.
