learning skills based on the knowledge and abilities required to perform tasks or functions within a specific functional area. Compliance
training includes Ethics, PFMA, Fraud Awareness, and POPIA, among others. Functional courses also cover other areas such as
Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Contract Management, Project Management, and Information Technology, to name a few.
Assessments are compulsory at the end of each course to ensure competency in performing tasks or functions effectively. In some areas,
such as IT, competence is required to access the system or obtain a license to operate. Training is available through various delivery
methods, based on customer analysis. Training is delivered by EAL facilitators, Process owners, line facilitators as well as external service
providers.

The school of IT, Business Fundamentals and Human Resources main objectives is to close the competency gaps
within the organization. IT training helps the organisation and employees to stay current with the latest technology
trends enabling them to perform their tasks more efficiently. Our offerings help employees to use technology to
