Coordination with the DENR, DAR and other stakeholders resulted in


the disclosure, among others of the following reservations, cadastral maps,
resource used permits that overlap the portion of the ancestral domain
claim, viz:

Presidential Proclamations

 Presidential Proclmation 1636 dated April 18, 1977. It embraces an


area of 43, 725. 68 hectares, more or lessand situated in the
Municipalities of Real, Infanta, and GeN. Nakar, Province of Quezon.
 Proclamation 641 dated January 18, 1970 containing an area of 4, 440
hectares, purposely for resettlement area.
 Proclamation No. 225 dated March 1, 1988 (ISF Project), Parcel 1),
embracing an area of 1,900 hectares, more or less.
 Proclamation 672 dated August 9, 1966 declaring Polillo Watershed
Forest Reserved.
 Presidential Proclamation 196, releasing from public land and placing
within DAR Jurisdictions portions of the Municipalities of Real and
Infanta, Province of Quezon.
 Proclamation No. 264 - Umiray Watershed Reservation
 Executive Order No. 122 dated Dec. 12, 1914 Reservation Area
Exclusively for Use of Dumagats and Remontados
 Proclamation No. 156, Series of 1987, Alabat Island Watershed Forest
Reserved.
