JOB ORDER CONTRACT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THIS CONTRACT is for Job Order entered into by and between Department of Education
Division of Zamboanga del Norte represented by AMELITA G. SAPPAL, School Principal IV of
Salug Central School and SPED Center, with office address at Salug, Zamboanga del Norte, herein
after referred as the FIRST PARTY and DODS DJS LIGHTS AND SOUND RENTAL represented
by JULIET CORNELLA ARAÑAS, as the Second Party, Filipino, of legal age and a resident of
Salug, Zamboanga del Norte, by these presents hereby:
WITNESSETH
That the First Party hereby desires to hire Services of Dods DJs Lights and Sound Rental
for the Lights and Sounds Rental of Salug Central School and SPED Center Graduation Rites.
That the Second Party shall for a period of one (1) day unless sooner terminated of Salug
Central School and SPED Center shall perform services on Lights and Sounds for the upcoming
Graduation Rites;
1. That the Second Party shall devote his/her skills and knowledge to his/her
assigned tasked assists the First Party if circumstances requires and warrant;
2. Serious infraction of this contract or failure to keep up with reasonable assistance
as determined in a particular circumstance shall be ground for the termination of
this contract upon prior recommendation assessment of the First Party;
3. That the services contracted for constitute no employee-employer relationship;
4. Claims for wages and other remunerations of the First Party shall be subject to
existing laws, rules and regulations subject to state accounting and auditing rules
and regulations.
That the foregoing services rendered by the Second Party shall be paid by the First Party the
sum of Seven Thousand Pesos Only (P 7,000.00), chargeable against the School Maintenance and
Other Operating Expenses (MOOE).
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereunto set their hands this 15 th day of April, 2025
at Salug Central School & SPED Center, Salug, Zamboanga del Norte.

Division of Zamboanga del Norte represented by AMELITA G. SAPPAL, School Principal IV of
Salug Central School and SPED Center, with office address at Salug, Zamboanga del Norte, herein
after referred as the FIRST PARTY and DECORADO EVENT CATERING SERVICES
represented by TERESITA B. CAYACAP as the Second Party, Filipino, of legal age and a resident
of Salug, Zamboanga del Norte, by these presents hereby:
WITNESSETH
That the First Party hereby desires to hire Services of Decorado Event Catering Services for
the Stage Decoration of Salug Central School and SPED Center Graduation Rites at Salug
Gymnasium;
That the Second Party shall for a period of one (1) day unless sooner terminated of Salug
Central School and SPED Center shall perform Decoration Services for the upcoming Graduation
Rites;
1. That the Second Party shall devote his/her skills and knowledge to his/her
assigned tasked assists the First Party if circumstances requires and warrant;
2. Serious infraction of this contract or failure to keep up with reasonable assistance
as determined in a particular circumstance shall be ground for the termination of
this contract upon prior recommendation assessment of the First Party;
3. That the services contracted for constitute no employee-employer relationship;
4. Claims for wages and other remunerations of the First Party shall be subject to
existing laws, rules and regulations subject to state accounting and auditing rules
and regulations.
That the foregoing services rendered by the Second Party shall be paid by the First Party the
sum of Eight Thousand Pesos Only (P 8,000.00), chargeable against the School Maintenance and
Other Operating Expenses (MOOE).

That the First Party hereby desires to hire Services of JESSAN M. ADOLFO for the
printing of ID with Lanyard of Salug Central School and SPED Center Non-Teaching
Personnel;
That the Second Party shall for a period of two (2) days unless sooner terminated of
Salug Central School and SPED Center shall perform services to wit;
1. That the Second Party shall devote his/her skills and knowledge to his/her
assigned tasked assists the First Party if circumstances requires and
warrant;
2. Serious infraction of this contract or failure to keep up with reasonable
assistance as determined in a particular circumstance shall be ground for the
termination of this contract upon prior recommendation assessment of the
First Party;
3. That the services contracted for constitute no employee-employer
relationship;
4. Claims for wages and other remunerations of the First Party shall be

Party the sum of Five Hundred Pesos Only (P 500.00), chargeable against the School

Education Division of Zamboanga del Norte represented by AMELITA G. SAPPAL,
School Principal III of Salug Central School and SPED Center, with office address at Salug,
Zamboanga del Norte, herein after referred as the FIRST PARTY and ORLANDO P.
TANUDRA, as the Second Party, Filipino, of legal age and a resident of Salug, Zamboanga
del Norte, by these presents hereby:
WITNESSETH
That the First Party hereby desires to hire Pakyaw Labor Services of ORLANDO P.
TANUDRA in the repair of school facilities;
That the Second Party shall for a period of seven (7) days unless sooner terminated
of Salug Central School and SPED Center shall perform Repairs and Maintenance of School
Buildings specifically on classroom roofs and buildings;
1. That the Second Party shall devote his/her skills and knowledge to his/her
assigned tasked assists the First Party if circumstances requires and
warrant;
2. Serious infraction of this contract or failure to keep up with reasonable
assistance as determined in a particular circumstance shall be ground for the
termination of this contract upon prior recommendation assessment of the
First Party;
3. That the services contracted for constitute no employee-employer
relationship;
4. Claims for wages and other remunerations of the First Party shall be
subject to existing laws, rules and regulations subject to state accounting and
auditing rules and regulations.
That the foregoing services rendered by the Second Party shall be paid by the First
Party the sum of Eleven Thousand Pesos Only (P 11,000.00), chargeable against the School
Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE).
