With reference to your application for the above post and based on your performance in Online Preliminary Examination held during January
2024, we are pleased to inform that you have been shortlisted for Online Main Examination. Please appear for the examination at your own
expense on the date, time and venue mentioned above, subject to the terms and conditions given below.
1. Please bring this call letter for Online Main Examination w ith your photograph affixed thereon, a photocopy of photo identity proof
(currently v alid) stapled w ith it and same photo ID in original. Call letter for Online Preliminary Examination and copy of photo identity
proof, w hich w as authenticated/stamped by exam officials at the time of Online Preliminary Examination, is also to be brought. - THIS
IS ESSENTIAL.
2. Currently v alid photo identity proof may be PAN Card/Passport/Permanent Driv ing Licence/Voter’s Card w ith photograph/Bank
Passbook w ith photograph/Photo Identity proof issued by a Gazetted Officer or a People’s Representativ e on official letterhead/ Valid
recent Identity Card issued by a recognised College or Univ ersity/Aadhaar/E-aadhaar Card w ith a photograph/Employee ID in
original.
3. Please Note - Ration Card and Learner’s Driving License will NOT be accepted as valid ID proof.
4. You must report at the examination v enue 15 minutes before the reporting time.
5. Late comers w ill not be allow ed to take the test. Candidate w ill not be permitted to leav e the examination hall till the time for the test
is ov er and/or permission to leav e the hall is giv en by the test administrator.
6. Your photograph affixed on the call letter should match the one uploaded in the online application form, failing w hich you w ill not be
allow ed to appear for the examination.
7. Registration at the exam v enue w ill be done through photo capture and IRIS scan (Biometric Thumb Impression for VI candidates).
Photo captured w ill be matched w ith the photo uploaded by you in the application (As printed in the call letter). You must NOT change
your appearance from the photo uploaded by you.
8. Your signature should tally w ith the signature uploaded. In case of discrepancy, you w ill not be allow ed to appear for the
examination. Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS w ill not be accepted.

The examination will be conducted online. You must enter your User ID and Password, which are printed on this call letter, to enter the online
exam site. Your name and other details will appear on the screen after login. Please verify and ensure correctness of these details. Disclosure of
User ID & Password to 3rd party shall be at the risk & responsibility of the candidate. Please read the instructions given in the next page and

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Your adm ission to the exam ination is strictly provisional. T he m ere fact that the call letter has been issued to you does not im ply that your
candidature has been accepted by the Bank or that the entries m ade by you in your online application for exam ination have been
accepted by the Bank as true and correct. You m ay please note that the Bank will take up the verification of eligibility conditions i.e. age,
educational qualifications, experience and status (i.e. Scheduled Castes/Scheduled T ribes/Other Backward Class/ Econom ically Weaker
Section/ Physically Challenged/ Ex-servicem en etc.) with reference to original docum ents during docum ent verification at pre joining
docum ent verification stage of candidates who are qualified in the exam ination on the basis of the m arks obtained by them . You m ay,
therefore, please note that if at any stage, it is found that you do not satisfy the eligibility criteria as given in the Bank’s advertisem ent, or
the inform ation furnished by you in the application is incorrect, your candidature is liable to be cancelled forthwith, with such further action
as the Bank would like to take.
2. T here will be negative m arks for wrong answers in the objective tests. 1/4th of m ark assigned for question will be deducted for each wrong
answer. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is given by the candidate, there will be no negative m arks for that question.
3. You m ust bring this call letter for M ain Exam ination along with photocopy of (currently valid) photo identity proof (such as PAN
Card/Passport/Perm anent Driving License/Voter’s Card with photograph/Bank passbook with photograph/Photo Identity proof issued by a
Gazetted Officer or People’s Representative on official letterhead /Identity Card issued by a recognised College/University/Aadhaar Card/ E-
Aadhaar card with a photograph/Em ployee ID) (Original photo identity proof is also to be brought). Besides, Call letter for Online
Prelim inary Exam ination and copy of photo identity proof, which was authenticated/stam ped by exam officials at the tim e of Online
Prelim inary Exam ination, is also to be brought. Please note that your nam e as appearing on the call letter (provided by you during the
process of registration) should exactly m atch the nam e as appearing on the photo identity proof. If there is any m ism atch between the
nam e indicated in the Call Letter and Photo Identity Proof you will not be allowed to appear for the exam . In case of candidates who have
changed their nam e will be allowed only if they produce original Gazette notification/their original m arriage certificate/affidavit in original.
4. The call letters of both Preliminary and M ain examination along w ith the photocopy of photo identity proof duly stapled together should
be submitted at the end of the exam. Do not forget to w rite your Registration No. and Roll No. on the photo copy of Photo Identity proof.
Candidates should put their Left Thumb Impression clearly and sign in the respectiv e space prov ided on the call-letter of online M ain
examination in the presence of the inv igilator. Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS w ill not be accepted.
5. Candidates should follow the reporting time printed on the call letter. Late comers w ill not be allow ed to take the test. Candidates w ill
not be permitted to leav e the examination hall till the time for the test is ov er and the test administrator has giv en permission to
leav e. The test w ill begin after completion of the formalities like checking of attendance, obtaining signature on the call letter and
photo capture etc. The Bank w ill not be responsible for any delay or disruption in transport.
6. Candidate Roll Num ber and Lab Num ber will be displayed outside the exam venue. Candidates m ust carefully note their lab num ber.
7. You should also bring stationery such as pencils, blue ink stam p pad, eraser and ball point pen with you to the exam ination hall.
8. You will have to affix your signature and left thum b im pression in the space provided in the call letter, in the presence of the Invigilator.

9. Photograph and IRIS will be captured at the exam ination venue. T he photo captured will be m atched with the photo uploaded by the
candidate in the application. You m ust NOT change your appearance from the photo uploaded by you.
Decision of the IRIS data v erification authority w ith regard to its status (matched or mismatched) shall be final and binding upon the
candidates. Refusal to participate in the process of IRIS scanning / v erification on any occasion may lead to cancellation of
candidature. With regards to the same, please note the follow ing:
(a) ‘LEFT EYE (IRIS)’ w ill be captured for all the candidates.
(b) Candidates should remov e Contact Lenses and Spectacles w hile capturing IRIS. Candidates are adv ised to av oid w earing
contact lenses and prefer spectacles.
(Any failure to observe these points will result in non-adm ittance for the exam ination)
10. For VI candidates, Biom etric capture of right thum b im pression will be done. If fingers are coated (stam ped ink/m ehndi/coloured…etc.),
ensure to thoroughly wash them so that coating is com pletely rem oved before the exam ination day. (Any failure to observe these points
will result in non-adm ittance for the exam ination). Decision of the Biometric v erification authority w ith regard to its status (matched or
mismatched) shall be final and binding upon the candidates.
11. Following item s are not allowed inside the exam ination centre:-
Any stationary item like textual m aterial (printed or written), bits of papers, Geom etry/Pencil Box, Plastic Pouch, Calculator, Scale, Writing
Pad, Pen Drives, Log Table, Electronic Pen/Scanner, any com m unication device like M obile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphones, M icrophone,
Pager, Sm art watch, Health Band etc. Other item s like Goggles, Handbags, Hair-pin, Hair-band, Belt, Cap, any watch/Wrist Watch, Cam era,
any m etallic item , any eatable item opened or packed, water bottle (only transparent water bottle is allowed), Any other item which could
be used for unfair m eans for hiding com m unication devices like m obile phone, cam era, blue tooth devices etc.
You are advised to avoid wearing ornam ents like Ring, Earrings, Nose-pin, Chain/Necklace, Pendants, Badge, brooch etc.
12. T he candidates are advised to follow the following dress code:
light clothes which cannot be used for hiding any instruments or communication devices.
Clothes should not have big buttons or any badge, brooches etc. which could be used to hide the communication device, bluetooth,
camera, etc.
slippers, sandals and not shoes.
However, candidates coming in customary/ religious dresses should report at the centre at least 20 minute prior to reporting time for proper
checking.
13. Please note that if you adopt any unfair m eans or m alpractice or com m it any m isconduct while appearing for the exam ination, your
candidature is liable to be sum m arily cancelled; m oreover, you m ay be liable to penal action. T he Bank would be analyzing the responses
of a candidate with other appeared candidates to detect patterns of sim ilarity. On the basis of such an analysis, if it is found that the
responses have been shared and scores obtained are not genuine/valid, the Bank reserves the right to cancel his/her candidature.
14.
If you are found resorting to any unfair means including giv ing/receiv ing help to/from any candidate during the test you w ill be
disqualified. (You should be v igilant to ensure that no other candidate is able to copy from your answ ers).
15. You should strictly com ply with the directions given to you by the test adm inistrator/invigilator. If any candidate is found disregarding these
directions, he/she will be liable to be debarred from the test.
16. Anyone found to be disclosing, publishing, reproducing, transm itting, storing or facilitating transm ission and storage of test contents in any
form or any inform ation therein in whole or part thereof or by any m eans verbal or written, electronic or m echanical or taking away the
papers supplied in the exam ination hall or found to be in unauthorized possession of test content is likely to be prosecuted.
17. An Acquaint Yourself booklet giv ing information about the type of test you w ill be taking is av ailable on the Bank’s w ebsite. Please
dow nload the booklet and study it carefully.
18. Candidates w ho are eligible for and w ant to use serv ices of scribe are required to submit a Declaration Form, (Scribe Declaration
Form) along w ith the Call letters. Guidelines and Scribe Declaration Form can be dow nloaded from Bank's w ebsite.
19. For candidates availing scribe in accordance with OM - F. No. 29-6/2019-DD-III dated 10.08.2022, shall be allowed scribe facility subject to
production of a certificate at the tim e of online exam ination to the effect that person concerned has lim itation to write and that scribe is
essential to write exam ination on his/her behalf from com petent m edical authority of a Governm ent healthcare institution as per Appendix I
and Appendix II of the said guidelines. Such candidates shall not be allowed to appear for the exam ination without the specified m edical
certificate as per Appendix I of the said guidelines.
20. Please note that a candidate is allow ed to appear only once for the examination. M ultiple appearances w ill result in cancellation of
candidature. In case more than one call letter has been generated, you are adv ised to appear for only against the last successful
registration on the date and at the time mentioned on the respectiv e call letter. All other call letters are to be surrendered.
21. Rough sheet(s) kept at each candidate desk will be used by candidate. You have to write your Roll Num ber, Registration Num ber, Nam e
and date of exam ination on each of the rough sheet used by you.
22. Candidate must submit the follow ing documents before leav ing Lab/Venue:
- Call letters (Preliminary and M ains Examination)
- Photocopy of photo ID proof
- Rough Sheets
- Scribe Declaration (if applicable)
23. T he candidates will be perm itted to m ove out in an orderly m anner one candidate at a tim e. Please wait for instructions from invigilator
and do not get up from your seat until advised.

SOCIAL DISTANCING RELATED INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE EXAM
1 Candidate is required to report at the exam venue strictly as per the time mentioned in the Call Letter. Latecomers w ill not be allow ed to
take the test.
2 Items permitted into the venue for Candidates
Candidates will be permitted to carry only certain items with them into the venue.
(a) Mask
(b) Personal transparent water bottle (Candidates should bring their own water bottle)
(c) A simple pen
(d) Exam related documents (Call Letter and photocopy of the photo ID proof stapled with it and same ID card in
original.) The name on the ID card and on the Call letter should be exactly the same.
(e) In case of Scribe Candidates - Scribe form duly filled and signed with Photograph affixed.
No other Items are permitted inside the venue.
3 Candidate should not share any of their personal belonging/material w ith anyone
4 Candidate should maintain safe social distance w ith one another.
5 If candidate is availing services of a scribe, then scribe also should bring transparent w ater bottle. Wearing a mask is compulsory.
