We are thrilled to extend to you an offer of employment with Channel Hunters. Our team of highly skilled hunters
provides our clients with an unparalleled experience by generating guaranteed, qualified leads each month. We
believe you will be a great addition to our team and are thrilled to offer you the position of Lead Hunter. This offer is
for a full-time, remote position where you will be reporting directly to an assigned Team Leader and Tret Leanes.
Our work schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (shifts may vary based on client assignments), up to 40.0
hours per week.
At CH, our people are our most important asset and we recognize the value you bring to both CH and to our clients.
With this in mind, you will be compensated at a starting rate of $9.00 USD per hour. In addition to your hourly pay,
you will earn commission for every Held Appointment you generate, which is defined as an appointment set with
your client and the qualified prospect. Please see the below commission table for the different campaign
commissions.
Regular wages are paid bi-weekly (See Pay Schedule Below). All earned Spiffs/Bonuses will be paid on the current
pay period. Commissions are paid for the previous month on the last paycheck of the month. For example whatever
deals you write in August the commission will be paid the following month on the last paycheck in September. Our
guarantee is important to us and your client. The Guarantee is a very minimal amount each month of appointments.
If you have not hit the monthly guarantee for your client no commissions for that month will be paid and any
bonuses paid can be taken back from your hourly check if the minimum guarantee of 4 appointments per month is
not hit. We are all in this together as a family. If you don't hit your minimum number the client receives a refund.
This is why it voids commissions and bonuses. Again the Guarantee amount is set low to make sure you hit the
mark easily.
If you are terminated for cause or resign without giving 2 weeks notice your hourly pay will be reduced to the
current legal minimum wage in the area of you live in. Commissions and Bonuses are only paid to current
employees if you resign or terminated for any reason you will forfeit all commissions and bonuses. Please note that
NCNS (No Call, No Show) will result in automatic termination for job abandonment. We do pay for training.

All Spiffs and Bonuses earned will be added to the following pay period in which they are earned unless
otherwise noted.
Held is an appointment you booked for your client that both parties met. If the prospect you booked does
not show, it is your responsibility to rebook the meeting to save your commission.
Quality is if your client gives a proposal for business during or after meeting with the prospect that you
booked.
We don't believe in Non Compete agreements forcing our employees to never seek out their dreams. We
always promote from within giving every employee no matter the starting place or country the live in. Our
employees are our family and we are building this company together as a family. So as new positions open
up and new opportunities become available every employee will have the right to apply for a higher or
different position within the company. We will always treat you fairly and with dignity as again we are all
family here. You will always be paid for your services with us. Our reps are the first payroll sent out before
any owner or executive level gets paid. That is our promise to you.
Our only demands as a company is that you are on time and working your absolute hardest while on the
clock. Our only Non Compete agreement would be that you can not work for a current or past client and/or
prospect of Channel Hunters outside of the company for 2 years. If you are approached by a current or past
client and/or prospect of Channel Hunters to leave the company and work direct it is your duty to inform
your director immediatly. Again our only stipulation to accepting employment is you are prohibited to working
for or with in any means or circumstances any current or past client and/or prospect of Channel Hunters
outside of the company for 2 years from your end of employment.
