Referee shall submit the withdrawal list including Referee Report to BAI

within 24 hours after


Completion of the tournament to the Chairman and Convenor TC. On receipt
of the list, it will be circulated to Affiliated Units concerned and the fine
amounts thus collected will be forwarded to the Organizers concerned

Draw :: Qualifying Draw and Main Draw will be made in the venue in presence of
Organizers and Players one day before the start of Qualifying draw and Main
draw respectively. Referee will notify in advance in the venue.

TOURNAMENT :: The President, BAI may nominate one Observer for this ranking tournament.
OBSERVER The Convener, Tournament Committee /Chairman, TC-BAI will attend the
Tournaments / Championships to ensure smooth conduct of the Tournament

EQUIPMENT :: BAI will provide certain quantity of shuttlecocks and T Shirts for the
tournament. Additional shuttlecocks, if required shall be purchased by the
Organizer.
