Organizers must arrange lunch for Main Draw Players, who need to collect coupons a day in advance to prevent waste. Line judges are required from the Main Draw onward, with a minimum of two per court suggested for qualifying draws. For accommodations, twin sharing A.C. rooms for Technical Officials and single A.C. rooms for referees will be provided.

FACILITIES :: Organizers are requested to arrange for lunch for Main Draw Players.

However,
Main Draw Players have to mandatorily collect the Coupons for lunch one day
in advance to avoid any wastage. Organizers will arrange lunch according to
coupons issued.

For TOs, good A C. accommodation in twin sharing basis shall have to be


provided. A.C. single room accommodation will be provided to Referee

LINE JUDGES :: It’s mandatory to provide line judges from Main Draw onwards. For qualifying
draws also, it is suggested that line judges are provided -two (2) minimum per
court
