sums when rolling two 6-sided dice.

Describe any patterns you see in the probabilities. How does this compare to your previous pattern?
Using the patterns you have identified so far, what do you think the probability distribution table looks like when
rolling two 8-sided dice and adding the numbers on each die?

Now investigate the patterns formed by the probabilities of different sums when rolling two dice, each with a
different number of faces (such as a 4-sided with a 6-sided). You can choose dice with any number of faces (4, 5,6
7…).
You need to:
- find and describe the patterns as relationships or general rules
- verify your pattern works (by making a prediction and then showing it works)
- justify, or explain, why the pattern works this way
